Alchademy

Combinations start taking about a minute to complete once you're done with the tutorial (unless you spend ~currency~ of course). I don't find much draw to a game about combining things that makes you wait that long to combine things. Combinations can also fail, which is only an issue because they take so much time to complete. Graphics are nice enough.

I absolutely despise the fact that I can't pay to get rid of ads. I would pay for that! They start up automatically and with no warning. I'm fine watching ads for coins every now and then, but random ones that I can't actually close? Horrible. It's really too bad because the art is super cute and I love the combinations you can make. I can't see myself playing much longer because of the ads though.

This a pretty fun game very simple with pretty adorable graphics and art. But the controls aren't really explained. It's a good game to check in with every once in awhile but if you like steady gameplay this game is not for you. I absolutely hate: - The random ads that pop up that you can't exit out of. - That it keeps making me sign in to my gmail account everytime and then a pop up ad for another hyperbeard game shows up. - That takes forever to create new items. I'm starting to get really annoyed with this game

My favorite part about this game is the artwork. I love the look of each of the characters and all the decor. The characters say funny things and the descriptions of the creations are awesome. I wish there were more elements to the game for I find myself just waiting the whole time. Maybe multiple caldrons at once? Mini games to go out and collect ingredients? Cute game but with a high degree of boredom: the waiting times are greatly extended as the mixing in the cauldron becomes more and more advanced. To shorten the time, we just collect the internal coins, but to do so the only equally fast way is to see the advertisement, thus making it not only optional, but necessary to play. Hence the two stars for the rating.

This game is really great just from the start. It looks really nice, character and items from alchemy are colorful and adorable. Game design is brilliant and it doesnt bother you with ads at all unless you want them yourself. Love the idea and the artstyle the only thing i would change a little bit is the time to take for items to get created, but hey. You cant just finish the game fast it wouldnt be fun.

Super cute graphics. I love the alchemy aspect of the game. However, the wait time for each individual combination makes the player lose interest quickly. It feels like something else should be happening to keep the player engaged or perhaps the wait time for each ingredient shouldn't be so long. Very lovely concept though and hope to see more from this developer.

Just unlocked every creation. This game is decent for what it is, but I wouldn't recommend it. There is a compelling quality to it, and it has a great ambience, but no depth. Once you figure out the method, it's ultimately just a spreadsheet of cool little drawings. The alchemists are the only animated art, and that's putting it generously. The real game is avoiding the insane amount of ads. It's not bad, but there are better diversions.

i absolutely loved this game! i was addicted, playing during class time even. but sadly, i think there was a glitch or something in the last or second to last book. i spent so much time and effort going through every single possible combination of things twice over, but nothing made anything new. it wasnt that i finished the book or anything, there was still plenty of things i had yet to unlock. i might download it again on my new phone and try it one more time.

I finished this game. I liked it a lot. It's simple, to play it once a day and forget about it until next one. Really cute designed. Funny descriptions, cameos and things. You can even accelerate progress with the ads if that is what you desire. But not so fun. As I say, it's to kill time, but if you really wanna move a character, to think or something like a challenging gameplay, it's not the right game.

This is such a cool game! I love the art, the cutscene at the start, the different characters and the speech/thinking bubbles from some of the characters. Even though I play on pc, I think it would be best on an iPhone/phone that has a tiny screen, since you don't really need to pick out tiny details, and It's such a quick wait for the results of your mix. I would recommend on any platform, so if you want to kill some time and be satisfied, another reason to play, kill your time here! Great game

A run of the mill waiting game that could use a few tweaks. You start with 3 ingredients and can make more of them through alchemy. If you make a combination that doesn't result in anything, you get a failed result immediately. If it's a good combination, you wait. The wait time increases with every successful combination. Eventually, by design you spend more time outside of the game waiting for mixes to finish than you do actually playing. Too many ads. Not bad, but there's better out there.

So the game will not run if you allow it to link with your Google play account. You either have to deny it the first time it ask or it gets stuck in a loop of attempting to connect, then crashing, and automatically reopening the app to start the cycle over. I really can't comment on the game itself since I couldn't play the game. But the concept is cute. I'd be willing to try it again if they can fix the bugs.

Time gates & gems booo. This game is slow. I played a game like this about 10 years ago on Newgrounds. That one was great because it was fast (making combinations of elements instantly, little to no animations that delay gameplay), had achievements, and was a few hours to beat (satisfying). This game will take weeks to complete. Otherwise i like the game, graphics, sound, etc.

It's adorable, and combining ingredients is exciting!... at first. It's terribly boring to wait for minutes and minutes just watching your character stir. Oh, you can speed it up, yes, but this usually leads to you clicking on one of the ad bubbles, again and again. It doesn't even speed up creation that much. You're waiting and waiting just for a little item and description, if you're lucky. If not, the entire thing failed! Not worth your time, no matter how good the graphics are.

This game is so cute! The art is nice, and it's fun finding all the different combinations. It's very possible to play without spending money, which I appreciate, and the ads don't feel invasive. My only nitpicky complaints would be that I'd like to have the option to hide ingredients that have no remaining combinations, and that it's a bit weird that the mix countdown is in seconds and not minutes even when it's a long time; I don't wanna have to use a calculator to figure out the wait!

It's a good game,I like that even if your mixture fails you get coins! It has very cute and well put together items,One thing I dont like is that it takes a LONG time to figure out what your two items are going to make, at the beginning of the game it takes a few seconds, when you get deeper into the game it take a LONG time. Takes way too long to make anything which really cuts down on the gameplay experience as a whole. The art is good and that concept is good, but the execution needs work. The game pushes monetization way too hard as well which I wouldn't mind as much if there was more to the game then picking two ingredients and wait 5+ minutes to see what it made.

I can tell straight away that so much love went into making this game. It's beautiful to look at with its cute characters and dynamic interface, and there's lore in every crafted item. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the obnoxiously long crafting times. (However, I do understand that such a lovely little game needs the micro transactions to fund it.)

Alchademy as a whole looks great, the Graphics is definitely it's highlight for this game as it looks great the shading is really nice as well as the color choices. The main gimmick of this game is that you are making ingredients to create unique creations, when you select two ingredients you have to wait for a while until it's ready, the time is long but not too long to see what you made. Overall the gameplay may be repetitive but graphics and unique creations make this game cool and charming.

Interesting. Although I lost interest pretty quick. The watch as button in the main cauldron screen is irritatingly easy to click constantly when you have no intention on doing so. Mixture time ramps up quickly, and the 200 coins for a speed up ends up going really fast. Even with clicking share for 50 coins, (then just closing the share window of course) Pretty though. And some positive messages from the alchemists. While I don't mind spending money in-game to support developers, this one gets to the threshold either wait and come back or spend real money way too quick in my opinion.

Feels like this is less of a game and more of an ad centered app. Its not very rewarding and the waiting mechanic means you have to find something else to do( ahem, like watching ads). The art style is great and the alchemy idea is also great but it isn't really all that fun to play

It's an adorable game. The characters and cauldrons are really well drawn, and the ingredients are simple. It's pretty good, but the amount of ads is ridiculous. I get one about every 2 minutes and they can't be skipped. Otherwise, it's a great game. If there were less ads, I would totally give it 5 stars.

This game is adorable & I love the art, but the random pop-up ads are incredibly obnoxious. I already watch tons of ads by choice in order to earn coins & support the devs. I'm sure others would too. But being forced to watch ads with no choice makes me close the app because it's so annoying, which makes EVERYONE lose out. People will watch the ads if they're given a say in it. Stop with the pop-up ads.

Very disappointing. In concept the game is great, but when you have to wait for upwards of 15 minutes after finding a combination of ingredients that works only to go through every option to find another combination and wait even longer for it to finish with the only way to speed up the process being spending 200 coins to skip it entirely it gets kinda awful. The only ways to get coins are too: 1, make more things, and 2 avoid ad bubbles while trying to pop coin bubbles when mixing faster.

this game is great, and really getse thinking about new combinations for my books. But, something I would love to see is mini games to play while you wait, like matching games. And be able to decorate your achellmemist and caludron. I love it, but the more choices of things to do while you wait, the better.
