Great game, I download it to every new phone I get with no issues. Great way to kill time. Just wish they would make it an even 400 already. Also for all who have issues with the ad at bottom turn the screen so it rotates that should let you get to your item at bottom or if you just need basic elements double tap screen and all four elements appear on screen at once

Every year or so, I come back to this app, because I love it so much, but this time is different. They have taken away any ability to change or personalize the app in any way. You can't communicate with the creators. You can't change the size of the icons. You can't choose how the icons interact with each other (i.e., only new elements will be created, not the same ones over and over; or creating elements by stacking icons or simply tapping one, and then the other.) And finally, you can't clear the screen.

Best game i ever played for years. Ads dont get on the way everything makes sense and is just perfect. If your looking for an app like this i would get it. But i would like a clear all button. I would want a clear all button because i might accidentally press add all and i would have to delete every single element. And if your not doing this already make more elements, the game is a great way to learn. Overall i love it. If you made it this far, you are awesome. I also have samsung s5 btw

I can't open it, every time i try, it says it "stopped unexpectedly" and to try again, but it won't work. I have already shut down my phone 3 times and cleared it from junk files but it changes nothing. I can't redownload the app because I'll lose over 200 elements. It had already happened before and it worked after a few times i tried, but this time it doesn't.

Before you could prevent the combination of two elements you had already put together so you didn't constantly create the same thing over and over inadvertently. Also you can't blank out the work space. My galaxy s5 and now s7 cannot do these things. Great game, loads of fun but needs those 2 options back and I'll change to 5 stars

Had this app on my old phone. It used to let you change settings for duplicate and delete all. They don't have it on this version so I'm not playing it anymore until there is an update to bring it back. There is no use in the add all button if I have to drag every single element to the trash. It's a waste of time.

Using my galaxy note 4 and it took forever to figure out how to access the menu so I could combine only new ones. Hold Down the multi window key and it will show up for you. Good game but some force close issues and finding that menu frustrated me to no end.

Tried to buy the ad free app of this game and it was worse then the free. All text is really tiny with no choice to change, but they have it on the free version. Under settings they have an ignore new combinations that doesn't work but does on the free version. The only thing I liked about the paid app was you could fit more elements on the screen. Even though it was only $.99, you're better off downloading the free version and dealing with the ads.

Used on HTC my touch 3g, Motorola Droid 2, HTC incredible, Sony Ericsson Xperia play, HTC DNA, Samsung galaxy stellar and Samsung Galaxy s5, worked great on all devices, a perfect example of an addictve game. You will love it. However the developers got lazy and just stopped a few years ago. Huge mistake everyone I showed this game to got hooked I literally had everyone in Albuquerque nm playing this game. Come on programmers add more elements, and features you guys are really on to something here !

I had about half of the items to can make (if you will) but I was stuck and annoyed. They have hints but you have to pay for them or the app closes. Work on not having the app "stop working" as much and make the hints free. I can't afford to be spending money on games.

This is a fun game in the beginning. What I think needs to be changed is not having to add the elements to the next page/screen to see if the 2 can be combined. An issue for my phone at least (s6), some of the elements will go off page depending on # of elements added all at once or just because the game throws them there. It makes it hard/impossible to grab. Overall a very creative game worth downloading

If you like science and humor this game is perfect for you. A dazzle of humor on top of this game really spiced it up! I also noticed a lot of cool easter eggs (I suppose you could call it that lol). Metal Golem is actually Alphonse from FMA, fire golem is a Chao from Sonic games, and so many more cute things! And Plankton from spongebob lol

I know there used to be a setting to only show new combinations, and a clear all option. Can't see if that is the case because the ad won't let me access the menu. Would give 5* if those were fixed.

Have played this game on nearly every phone I've had. So much fun, and so simple. No timers, not rush, no competition. Just make stuff. I simply love this game more than any game that I have ever played on my phone. -Sincerely the girl who has never written a feedback for anything in her life.

So I recently downloaded this game after not playing for years, so much has changed. One major thing is no menu, I can no longer adjust the size of the icons nor can I do a quick clear of what I have out. Please fix. Probably won't since it hasn't been updated in years it shows

Simple but challenging like all the best addictive games. Sometimes logical, sometimes abstract, sometimes humorous and surprising. I showed my wife (who rarely plays games) and now we're both getting giddy and envious at each other's discoveries.

This game just pulls you in. And some of the combos are hilarious to me. Problem is it stops at 386 elements. I know add in 4 starters and that makes the 390 possible but it bugs me that I can't get it to display 390/390. Good game though. I'm done...

New phone doesn't have a physical menu button. It's up to the app to have a menu button now. So I can't change the settings with ease, the icons come in too large to get back to playing. I'd like to think I don't know how to find it yet but I've searched everywhere. Was about to purchase game to get the ads removed until I came across the need for a menu/settings selection. It's a 5 star game with 3/4 star controls.

But it would be good if everything was 100% accurate and all space theories are added instead of just skipping a few important steps in the process of making these items and such, sure I'm not asking to add every single step in the entire process but just like a few more than it is now, that way there'll be more elements and more to do and learn. In that way you also may be able to use this app as a tool for learning about alchemical products/processes and such in chemistry & all others.

I have played this game so many times, it never gets old. Unfortunately, my latest phone does not have an option button so I can't control the settings in any way. Without the ability to merge only new elements, it's more tedious than fun and I've stopped playing.

I've installed this on multiple devices because I enjoy it. I'm sad now, as it isn't fully compatible with my newest tablet. The settings menu is no longer available and my workspace is full to the brim. I can no longer "clear workspace", must remove each one at a time. 😢 Annnnnd it is useless on my new phone.

But it no longer works with my newer phone. Why they did away with the menu button is beyond me, but unfortunately it makes it impossible to access the menu, and I don't like some of the default settings. :(

I've been playing this game since the DOS version and it never gets old. This is a pretty good one but I only gave it 4 stars because you can't clear the screen, a feature that is sorely lacking.

I used to love the earlier version of alchemy however now the game has changed. Can't clear my screen...no settings option. Screen just vibrates. Duplication always. I expected the new version to be better then the previous... Unfortunately left me no choice but to uninstall... Can't proceed ahead in the game.

This game is perfect for older devices, I have a S5 hence I can't set size of icons or clear work space. Otherwise I love this app. 7.6.15: dl again as it says been updated for newer devices. Still got original problems, so where's the update? Wouldn't be able to buy it either coz the ad banner is across the purchase bit.

(Yes, that was a FMA reference.) Anyway, I LOVED IT! I've honestly been playing this game for a long time, and it's hard to not get addicted. I'd like it if there was an option button? I have a LG G3, and that has no option/setting button (y'know, like how on Galaxy there's one right next to the Home button) and I'd like if there was a way to go to settings for phones that don't have that ^^;
