The only issue I've ever had with this app is it never lets me deposit checks by picture. I put the signature and everything on the back of the check, but it doesn't go through. Great app though!
Screen jumps around too much... Would like to see all balances in one window. Seeing account balances more important than seeing acct numbers when doing transfers.
Convenient and easy to use. The only thing that would make this app better would be an option to open with fingerprint like my other ones (PayPal and ProPay).
Very easy to understand and use. Doesn't change so the time. They did it right are not messing with it!
This app is always down and works about half of the time. Can hardly ever log in and have to reset password constantly. Get it together people.
I'm very upset can't access my account at all I've been using this app since I signed up at my local bank I always put in my username and password in correctly every time and when I try to login on any device and on the online website it says my username and or password are incorrect as I said I always put my username and password in correctly so I don't know why I'm getting this message every time if someone hacked my account I'll be even more upset than I already am! FIX THESE ISSUES PLEASE!
The new Atfcu app is great and so easy to use. It makes banking on the go very user friendly. Even applying for loans.
Pretty good for a mobile app, layout of account dashboard not incredibly intuitive.

glitchy. says im not connected to the internet but im typing fine here lol also, deleted itself from my phone so the only access i have to it is thru the play store. very inconvenient!
There is nothing better than being able to do your banking from right where you are and this app let's you do just that.
Very convenient and easy to use, especiaaly since im asleep when the credit union is open ( i work night shift).

The app is good but need to be able to transfer money as many times as i want on it.
App login functionality overrides PC login, causing issues. Interface is just ok.

Alcoa Tenn. has always been very good to me, I have been banking with them for approximately 16 years (maybe longer) and I am always treated with the upmost respect, they have fixed issues for me that I didn't think would be possible. 5 starts from me, thank you ATFCU for everything you have done, and continue to do, to make my banking experience so much better and easier.
