Previous versions of the app barely worked, they usually timed out & wouldnt open. With hope of updating to a working updated app, I downloaded a white screen, I'm unable to view balance and transactions now. 😠
App worked on previous phone, S21 Ultra, now on S22 Ultra, app is stuck on white screen and won't load. Was told issue was known but no update has been posted to fix issue. Edit: it now works!
If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Ever since the new update it crashes, won't load, sends me back to home screen.
Decent app, but I struggle to get into it all the time. It constantly says that an error occurred and that I should call someone, but it'll work again after reinstalling
I love the fact you can deposit checks on line. Also the transfer option makes it convient if you checking account is running low.
Sometimes it won't let me log in at all and thats really annoying, but otherwise the app is fine. Easy to use.
Very easy to use! Even for a "technologically challenged" senior citizen like me.

Locks you out too easily
Update: latest update on 4/4 fixed the issue and it is finally working as usual again. That's a relief, because you can't do mobile deposit without the app. Used to work just fine, but after the 3/15/22 update it closes before I even get to login, with a text box saying "Application has violated security policies and it will be shut down 1839:0821"
