You will need your mobile number and account password to access your information. This information is the same as used for your My ALDImobile login on our website aldimobile.com.au

The ALDImobile app is free but you may be charged for data usage to download from the App Store. Standard data charges will apply when using the app from your ALDImobile service.

The dashboard shows 'Total data for you to use: xxxGB'. Mine is a 1 Year Super Pack and this figure is ambiguous because nothing on this screen indicates what it was at the start of the plan. Today mine shows 125GB and over a period of time customers are likely to forget what they started with, so this would easily be clarified with a simple change like 'Balance of your data use remaining: 125/132GB' or similar. This would be so easy to understand and would enhance the utility of the app.

The app is still useful and works (for me). But this new design needs a retouch, I don't mind it persay, but now the focus is obviously on what data you have left. I still look to see how many days I have left and now I have to stop and dig through the text document. What's great about the last app design was that everything essential was right there and stood out. Now 1 detail is highlighted and the rest are down in the dull and blended text document. To me, this is a step backwards.

Once upon a time, this app was truly atrocious. It basically always got a freezing error and never displayed your data correctly. I must say I am impressed with how well Aldi have fixed this. There is still a pause before you can get your plan/data info and on the odd occasion it errors out, but on the most part this app is pleasantly simple and does what it needs to do. Recharging through it is currently a breeze!

Good app but a major issue is that if you've run out of credit, Aldi doesn't let you access this app to recharge. You need to connect to another WiFi and then recharge. This can leave you in some very bad situations if there is no WiFi around and you need to recharge your credit. The Telstra app always had access regardless of the credit balance.

A new update but still has a messy and confusing dashboard, with inconsistent fonts, making it difficult to determine what is important. Extremely limited useful information to help me manage my plan. Some form of usage history would be good, similar to the web version to help understand if I have the right plan. % data used compared to % plan expired is essential to manage data within the month. Not difficult asks.

Like some other users, I can't even login, so it's useless until it's fixed. I'm running Android 8.0.0. Edit: fixed this problem by going into apps and allowing the app access to storage which was turned off. Now I can use the app, but it's silly that you need to do this and aren't asked for permission. Edit: worked a few days but stopped again.

Overall the new redesign is... displeasing to say the least. The home screen is more complicated than what it was in the previous update and the only good change is the support section (which the majority of us won't use because ALDImobile is a (relatively) trouble free service). Not a good app but not terrible either.

I loved this app until they did the new update with the new design layout. It's so much harder to read and see what's happening with my credit. I really really dislike it. It looks like a teenager designed it and the font choice isn't appealing. It really is just terrible and unattractive to the eye. It ruined the application and I've been with Also mobile for years. A let down.

The new update? It looks ok but always says unexpected error when opening. It happens most times. So is now expected. Time to fix it Aldi. Its been nearly a month. If you're paying someone to upgrade the app make sure they are doing it properly. No point having new looks if it can't be opened. The user needs it to work.

The new app ui is great, but I just don't think the font of the oramge text is right. It hard to read. The orange just doesn't match your new ui. The actual font you use is a bit out there, too criptic. So it you can find a better font and colour match, i recon you would have nailed it ! I hope you can see what i mean. It is the biggest turn off too the new ui change ! The font is the issue. I just realised each plan has a different font colour. So the orange for the $15 still looks weird.

It's annoying that you have to repeatedly put in your password every time you recharge even though your password is saved. Really annoying, what is the point of saving it if you keep having to re enter it. Low/ expiry of credit has no notifications before you're cut off. So you get randomly cut off & then you can't recharge as your "saved" password isn't enough

Whilst the app is fine. Aldi mobile really needs to impliment free allowable data on their recharge services/website, including this app, so people can recharge, check and service their account when they run out of data. I say this because i always get told ive run out or my bill period has ended right as it happens. So im stuck in the middle of nowhere, my account has run out and im screwed. Other providers like telstra and vodafone offer this service so their customers can get back online.

I am happy with my 2 mobile plans, one for phone and one for mobile data as I have no NBN. I found the app easy to use for renewals. However when I recently renewed 365 data plan my unused data did not rollover with it. The website clearly states that if renewed within 24 hours data will rollover. I have had no satisfaction either by email or phone, terrible customer service!

App is very slow took too long to try and recharge. I've been with aldi mobile for a few years but considering changing as it's always difficult to recharge. Data plans are good but I'm not relying on the data usage anymore and other carriers have better apps with easier recharging. A reminder that credit will be expiring soon would be helpful too

App is good and detailed but when you give ALDI your credit/debit card details and those details are stored on there servers, what has been happening is when you indicate on the app to auto recharge, this hasn't been happening, so you have to go online and log on to there site and manually recharge. Because what happens is if you haven't paid attention to your expired date, the app reverts to PAY AS YOU GO so any data will be lost unless you manually recharge on there site. (click recharge tab)

This app doesn't actually work. Crashes on opening every single time. Tried deleting and re installing and didn't work!! Feedback before this new issue: the new app is a significant step back from the previous version, UI is much less user friendly and intuitive. Still works but missed a trick here

Mobile plan is excellent. App itself is horrible. Slow loading time between screens, often refuses to load at all making recharge difficult. Consistently shows error messages when trying to make purchases. Thankfully, as I said, the plans are really good.

Works perfectly and best Mobile Plan viewer app ive ever used. Tells you quickly, easily and troublesome free what data is used, how many texts and how many mins of talk time used. Also can easily check invoices, setup auto-repayments and more! Really handy and gets right to the point when you open tbe app! If you use Aldimobile, this is a must have app!

Don't know why this app or Aldi sim is getting bad reviews. I've been using their sim for a few years now & couldn't be happier. $99 superpack is the best value, especially when I added 20 gig. No problem with any remaining doing a rollover. Twice now. Downloaded the app to help with recharging & it was dumbed down so much I only had to press one button, it already knew all my details from my phone number. And they have phone customer service too. Can't recommend highly enough.

The PayPal option is another great addition. Hard to imagine this app getting any better, but I am sure the team have a few ideas. We'll done, and much appreciated. For a telco app I am ready to give this one six stars. It is clean and uncluttered, with all the important information popping out at you. Other telcos would do well to study this app and what it provides the user. Faultless execution each time I fire it up.

Slow as hell!!! Was ok before this recent update where they made it look all glitzy (kitsch!). So slow to log in and so slow to recharge. Tried the website interface and that's slow as hell too. Phone isn't very old (Moto Z2 Play), and isn't slow on other apps or websites. Get your act together Medion!!

Uninstalled. Password on start up password on recharging. The app was clearly a bad after thought. It has connection with Aldi's servers as the app doesn't even know your existing data plan. You could have at least used thumb scanner or phone pattern but instead went with a clunky password. Your password selection isn't very secure when you dictated the exact characters and pattern that we must use?

App now only updates on mobile data, shows error when trying to update on Wi-Fi which the previous version allowed. My experience is that Wi-Fi must be off to allow the app to update account data. This seems to be a retrograde step. Still the same problem 19/12/2019, somewhat of a nuisance.

A complete scam to be avoided at all cost! Data roll-over randomly gets deleted and you account reverts to pay-as-you-go, costing a fortune, even though you pay a monthly subscription! And there is of course no way to contact anyone. Avoid!

I can find no way of adding a short cut to my home screen. Aldi support team have not been able to help. Also, bandwidth at busy times connection speed is too slow to be usable. I am switching to Optus when recharge is due.

Easy to use app, haven't found mush issues I mean sometimes it lags very rare tho but apart from that easy to navigate, easy to change settings and plans. Aldi customer service is really good as well very quick to respond and knowledgeable enough. Thanks Aldi team, love this app, love your affordable plans, and also being on a telstra tower absolutely no complaints on the reception even in regional Vic it works! 👍

I liked the old design more for two reasons: I could see both of my numbers on one screen and I could primarily see the leftover data for the current month rather than the once combined with rollover data. The new icon has definitely less to do with Aldi too - which makes it harder to find among all the generic-looking icons...

I have paid the $159.00 for 12 month coverage + 130gb data and I have Not been able to activate my phone for several days now. It keeps telling me I (the phone) is NOT REGISTERED.... Not happy Jan. I live alone and have been a type Diabetic for 69 years so far but always a danger of diabetic coma. But at least the mobile phone gives me some comfort. Or at least it could be if it worked. Kind Regards, I think.... John
