Needs an auto delete feature for video clips. Currently, all doorbell video clips must be deleted individually. It would be better to be able to select the very few video clips that you actually want to keep, and have the option to automatically delete all the other clips after a certain time frame, say one month or some other user to find time frame. I hope you make this Improvement. The current functionality is very irritating. Thank you.
This app is not user friendly. It would be helpful if you could do a "select all" button to delete your saved videos instead of having to do them one by one. Also when someone pushes my door bell it takes a good 2-4 minutes for it to even ring on my phone. Always getting notifications that my queue is full but I cannot delete anything. Not happy with this app at all.
Adjusting the temp on thermostat is mostly basic, needs a lot of work in that area. As far as locking and unlocking front door it works. This was supposed to be an upgrade from what I used to have but in my onion it's much less. Less control less features. It's too basic. Temperature Schedule for thermostat doesn't work most of the time. Really disappointed !!
App is very useful and easy to use. I'd give this app 5 stars, but it appears to work at optimal use only when connected to WIFI. When not connected to WIFI app doesn't work as well. Today - 9/17/2020 I updated my router. Trying to reconnect inside camera and doorbell ringer/video has been cumbersome using the app. Should be able to simply reconnect devices to new router without all the hassle 🙄
If you never change your phone or have a single problem this app would be good but I upgraded my phone and for over a year I have had an alert for my old phone that no can fix. Using this app is clumsy it takes hours of your time trying to navigate to fix anything. Tech support is a joke. Oh and the delay between event and notification. Someone is climbing over your fence and you might find out an hour later...
Travels allow me to feel safe when I can rely on Alert 360. However, the customer service is terrible at times. When promised a callback by some, it never happens. Watch your clips as weather can affect causing more clips to be used and I feel like this is a rip off. Once contract is up I will not use again. The application itself is great
Great when it works. Recently it hasn't been showing all of my entries and exits from one door. It will also list the system as "disarmed" when I know the alarm has been turned on. This issue really needs to be corrected. What's the point of having the app if the info isn't correct?
Good app, but several many glitches. I get a connection lost alert just because I have a new phone and it tries to connect to my prior phone. I've followed instructions for removing this setting, didn't work. Bad weather yields alerts at times although no sensors are set off. All these extra alerts could make one desensitized to REAL alerts.
I love the app. It reminds me when I drive away and forget to arm the office. You also can set timed notifications to remind yourself to arm. It's been a great app and I love the list of activities it shows. Overall, it's the only touch point I use for our alarm system. I don't use the fob or keypad - just the app.
Alert 360 just added the Panic Button feature! Thinking outside the box here, the Panic title should be named something different, like the owner's last name? Therefore if someone is trying to rob you and you're at your front door they might not know you've set the Panic button. Just a thought. Thanks for the feature though.
This app is fine when it works. The app is glitchy and doesn't connect with the main server (ex: disarming the alarm from your phone, but the main panel doesn't recognize that). I also hate the doorbell camera takes forever to load.
This app breaks down when you need it the most! It feels as if when you need to playback the video you need to know the exact time. You can't day forward or rewind too much or else the app goes into a frenzy and shuts down.
The app is not connecting with the system. I can't arm or disarm my system from my cell. I haven't had the system longer than 24 hours and I'm ready having issues. This makes me question choosing Alert 360 over other companies.
Worst security app I've had thus far. Why can't I pay my bill or a cess any account info within the app??? The lag time between I initiating a command and it actually being performed, i.e. attempting to open my garage, is so sad and reminiscent of dial up internet times. I'm currently searching for a. We provider.
I keep getting notifications the video storage is almost full. I can only delete one video at a time. I Just don't get why they would only let you select one video at a time to delete
Love the app and the company y'all. I hear from a lot of people in the industry, even those who have sold smart home, video, and security at other companies. You have some of the best customer service and pricing in the industry. As far as a suggestion, now that Android 10 is out, a dark theme for the app would be fantastic. Keep up the good work!
Camera never works & there aren't any bypass options on the app so you have to do it thru the panel. I can access the vid feed with my computer though but what's the point of the video on the app if it never works.
Most of the time when someone rings the doorbell I can't even access the camera to speak with them through my phone. Very slow and frustrating.
Works good except for notification that uses Geo-service. get all the notifications that i shouldn't while I am home. update 3-10-2020 Customer support called and assisted me . hopefully everything works out great. he was very helpful and thorough
Terrible quality and long delays , I have had my internet provider there and nothing wrong with the speed. This is what they say when I question the issues.
It's nice to have a security system but stuff keeps failing and it takes forever for the sky bell to load up to see who is ringing on the doorbell. Having 2nd thoughts about the system
Unable to do alot in the app. Can't change what settings are used during different alarm modes. Find the app almost useless besides the video door bell camera
For the most part it's ok but we do have times when it doesn't cooperate like now. The alarm won't follow a command (arm & disarm) from the phone. It says that it can't connect. Also after the doorbell has been rung, it takes a bit for the pic to load to answer and sometimes the pic is black until left on for a moment and then it'll clear. Lastly, the app is indicating that one of the door sensors need a battery, ect, be replaced. After we replaced the battery, the alert ⚠️ is still on.
