app is easy to use I gave it 3 stars because it freezes up a lot during playback and skips important playback material. Error code 255416 pops up. For example, it freezes then skips several seconds of the frame. Plus, it will be frozen but the time keeps counting. And then, you still can't playback what is skipped. When it's dark (indoors and outdoors), the cameras are cloudy and it's hard to see. When these get fixed I would give this app a higher rating.
I dislike this app the quality is horrible and the playback freezes and is skips. I shouldn't have to always select the HD everytime I view the camera. a waste of feature. the camera doesn't work well at night which makes the viewing clarity at night horrible. Your app needs major upgrades and fixes. I'm very unhappy and regret coming over :-(
Navigating and setting up cameras is a NIGHTMARE. The Central Sec. people are not trained in the app. A youtube video for basics in connecting would be helpful to say the least. Apps should be intuitive. THIS IS NOT!!!!!! define device.
We fully paid for our cameras and we are still being charged for them. They are always offline. You have to pay $25 for tech to come fix something that shouldn't be ever offline. Central security has a good security system for break-in but just not cameras. We've had them for about 5 years. Go with ring cameras they have better video quality, and don't go offline for days. For way cheaper than I paid for these cameras. Its a pain to spend days trying to put Central cameras online 🙃 every time.
At times my app is knocked off. But they are good about getting me back on...the customer service is good most of the time. It's only been once that I have had an experience with a person that was a little impatient, that's because I'm not good working with technical equipment. Therefore! It's hard for me to follow directions. People who are good at it needs to be more patient with people like myself.
Solid App, works very well when connected to WIFI. When not connected to WIFI, the video playback did not work as intended. I was able to advance the video, but unable to play the video.
The app freezes alot and when trying to back play it it stops blacks out and gives the error code. Now it states offline for all my cameras when they are perfectly fine. They still record and work when I go to the actual tv where the main base is at. I uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times still nothing.
Both of our cameras are continuously offline. There's no way to reset it in the app. I have to call in or email and wait to receive a call back to fix this issue. Sucks because we pay to not be able to view or check our home feed at home or away. We can't wait for our contract to be up.
It works, just not very snappy and not very user friendly. It should be integrated into the main alert360 app, as well with a multi screen view.
loading my 8 cameras at once is sometime fast-sometimes slow, and I'm sure it depends on my connection strength and speed, but after reloading they always come up. over all a great app and excellent customer service and support.
extremly cheap design and useless app. playback - get tired of it. chasing a times of recording and trying to skip just a 5 min it's just challenge. pay att to design you an app
this app sucks. everytime i get out of it the next i open it i have to make up a new password!! Hellava note when you're paying a good $$$ for Security for your home and you can't even view your camera's in a timely, convenient time. thinking of getting a different security company!!!
App takes for ever to load my cameras and sometimes dosent even load them all says failed to start playing I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it with no sucess
Junk, won't work for more than half our staff. Worked for a few months, stopped working, started working again, stopped working for everybody who didn't have an iPhone. no matter how new your phone is
it does great as long as you have the upload bandwidth to get high def. standard-def is not bad, but then again, it's not high def.
sensor is not responsive. shows several temp and humidity spikes both up and down. these sensors are in a controlled environment.
Camera is working in and out that's why i rate 3 stars but the staff is very helpful.in this time of pandemic I need a gadget which is reliable thats why I subscribed but anyways good luck.im not satisfied with the camera that was installed!
My mom's property was invaded and upon comparing all the neighbors feed to v/f the culprit neighbor, Her 369 Alert cameras was the most detailed, focused-in, clearly pictured, and was the most identifiable of the neighbors other 4 systems of monitoring. All of the neighbors were very impressed with our Alert 360 system and so we're we! Thanks for your professional security devices!!
I am always getting logged out and when I try to login, it does not find my account.
slow to respond. errors out. basic functions you would expect are not available.
This app is terrible. 90% of the time it fails to load. We use this for work and it's useless in an emergency.
Cameras also fail to load. Worked fine for the first week. After that, you won't be able to see anything.
Not good. It doesn't stay live. I have to click on each camera to see to refresh it to live
It's always going offline for some reason...not reliable at all.
Just to slow,to do simple things,like checking your home! Wow one of the reasons we signed a contract with you guys.. .
Camera is always down. There's a constant issue with viewing the cameras with the smartphone
Sometimes the video stalls and it only shows in color for a specific time.
The HD feature works much better and overall the app works way better than it did a.few.years ago.
The apps NEVER work!!! There is something always wrong!
The more I use this app, the more I hate it. If one of my cameras is triggered, I go on the app to see why. Not sometime, not most of the time but every single time I select a camera, this damn app freezes. At first I thought it was my phone, but it's not. It freezes on my tablet, as well as my laptop. My direct feed monitor never freezes. If I could give it less than 1 star, I would.
