Alexa app setup
Just follow the few instructions like plugin your device and make sure your device shows orange light when it's turned on.
Once your alexa devices like echo, echo dot, echo plus in setup mode then it will try to connect your device to your Wi-Fi. If you have the password for your Wi-Fi then just typed that in and that's it You're good to go.

App is designed to not work. Called tech support and they told me my network was infected and hackers were all in my network. Tried to download windows app and it failed. This is a joke . Found real Amazon app and viola it worked as advertised!
This app is a scam. They are trying to sell a firewall product. I fell for it until they couldn't help me unless I gave them money. DO NOT USE!!

This app is a scam that tell you you have a virus then try to sell you security. Then I deleted the app and now we get robo calls telling us or apple network is corrupt we don't have even an apple cloud.
Could not get alexa input device setup...customer service told me I had a virus in my network...wanted to sell me antibirus for network by cisco systems for $100. SAID THE COMPUTER WAS WORKING FINE!
What BULLS**T! Its a fee based app, they wont assist unless you give them a cc#.
this app is a scam. just like the guys that call you from "windows". only this has you call them. this is not an official alexa or amazon app. it is a scam.

This is fishing. This so called group trying to get your money. Stupid a-holes work here. Dont even call the custumor service number. This is not amazon company.

i couldnt get the echo dot to work so I got this app it still did not work and it gave me a number to call.all they wanted was to sell me "protection" for a secure connection i was told the echo would not work without it. The price kept going down when I hesitated and he finally hung up on me. So if you decide to but you can get lifetime peotection for $99. I got another app and had it set up in about 3 minutes...for free!!!
