Great banking application, got everything I need to manage my account and cards without having the hassle to go to the bank. [UPDATE]: (dropping to 3 stars) The app recently having some issues, login is buggy and crashes a lot. And some features (like credit card pay off) also doesn't work sometimes. Please fix and keep maintaining the app.

After the latest update, the app login page became very slow. When I open the app, it shows the login with fingerprint button, when I press on it, it takes around 50 seconds!! to show the page for scanning my fingerprint without even showing a loading icon. I thought it was frozen.

Few days ago, I recieved a message from ALEXBANK telling me to update the app or it will stop working. So , I updated, after that when i opened the app again it freezes on the login page with no response and I wait about a minute and NOTHING HAPPENS. So why did you tell us to update this thing !!!!

lately I'm always getting error message "Token date isn't found" when I'm using OTP from O-Key application. This is so annoying and since the last update the app became so bad and laggy.

Poor - app is so slow, glitchy, transactions are delayed for more than 24hr to reflect, ads inside the app covers information you want to see, you don't get enough info on when to pay your credit card payments

Application utilities & UI/UX are good compared to most online banking services in egypt, but it freezes at login screen for at least 40 seconds on new phones and more or even crashes on older phones

Awful bank! Money has been taking from my bank account a month ago with no proper explanation from a decent being! I had to chase the CS 24/7 and every time I call, I get a different contradicting information. Team managers are no better than unexperienced agents. Lack training & experience! There is a serious breach in yr security! I got the shittiest customer service ever. Harram branch is such a disgrace too. The application recently had been giving me the weirdest errors and never launches

After updating the application on Jan, 13, 2022 the application is not working. Why your developer didn't test the application before annoying us and before wasting our time? Please hire another developer and fix the application ASAP because all of us can't access to the application.

I received an SMS to update or will application will stop working, after I update once the application start, it freaz on the login page and nothing is responding with finger print or with login by user name and password ... Why your devolper doesn't test before lunch and annoy us , should I wait till next Sunday to go to the bank to take money or what ...

The last update is unstable on my oppo phone it needs to clear history and reverify each login time even after reinstall the application., Simply it opens once and never open again till clearing the app history

I really like the application, one of the best mobile banking app. but the latest update is so weird, it takes long time to open,, on some mobiles does not work at all Please fix it

After updating on 13 jan 2022... It takes very long time until the login button appears... And it takes another long time until the user id and password inputs show up!!

Can't you just chose at least jenior developers not just amateurs!!! Terribly designed and written, KG1 kid with HTML5 skills would write it far better.

this program is so bad with me i deleted it from my phone and resetuped it from Google PLAY and still not working on my phone i don't know what is wrong with this app

The application hasn't been working After the latest patch, no response what so ever after I launch it pls fix it this is getting ridiculous

It was great app but recently, It crashes every time I try to login and not able to login at all .

Both this and the OTP apps don't open at all for me and it has been like this for over 2 months now, please fix

After updating Jan 22 , Can't access to application it's stopped and hanking , need your feed back urgent , updating should to improve not to be like this very bad version

Suddenly, the application keeps crashing before loading the main page, even over good network. Cleared data, logged in again, nothing works. Edit: Months of complaining and you didn't launch any updates! No respect to customers. Edit 2: even after updating the same problem happens.

The application was working fine, suddenly it keeps crashing everytime I'm trying to open it. Uninstalled and installed the app again but keeps crashing. There is a serious technical issue at the developer end that need to be addressed ASAP.

Very slow response after the latest update. I will uninstall the app for lack of usabillity.

Very bad experience. . I can't activate it I went through all steps and when I reached the stage which I'm supposed to choose inter current password which supposed to be the pin code then choose new password I try to press ok but no action at all even it's not dimmed. . I tried everything and called customer care but it's no good.

Application was good before last update of January, please check and modify this version it freezes alot.

After last update the app became very slowly and I couldn't open the app
