Alfa Connect
Owners of vehicles equipped with Alfa Connect + SiriusXM Guardian* connected services can take advantage of the following services designed to make your life easier:
- Lock or unlock your car from virtually anywhere
- Start your car & cancel start remotely
- Flash the lights & sound the horn to help find your car
- Locate your car on a map using Vehicle Finder
Vehicles equipped with connected services will have an ASSIST button on the radio touchscreen and SOS button on ceiling inside the vehicle.
To log into the Alfa Connect app, use the same email and password created when setting up your account on the Alfa Connect Owner Site

Vehicle must be properly equipped with compatible Alfa Connect system. Vehicle must be registered for SiriusXM Guardian fulfilling all registration and subscription requirements. Vehicle must be located within the 50 United States or Canada and have an active and usable cellular connection.
Remote Vehicle Start not available on all vehicles. You are responsible for using remote features in accordance with any laws, rules, or ordinances in effect in your vehicle’s location.

It works when it wants to work. Not sure if it's server issues but commands do not go through. Saved me once i left my keys inside. My buddy has a 2021 Sonata, his app tells him - how long the car has been indle, when it's unlocked plus more. I was in awe as in my 2020 Giulia has none of that.
Honestly disappointing, especially for a new 2021 vehicle. The commands hardly go through and when they do, it takes a few minutes. The locate feature is hit or miss and takes forever too. Unacceptable for a luxury level manufacturer.
Could be better. Not anything wow. It would be great if it would give you the current status of being locked or unlocked. Has lagging issues. More features would be helpful. For brand of vehicle i wiulf expect more.
The app needs work. It would be great if it can show status when remote start, lock or un lock the car and if windows are open or closed. Lags a lot specially remote start. Location should be live at all time without needing updates. Android version
Usually I need to attempt several times to get the remote start to work. It needs work. Disappointing, as a premium brand should be backed by premium technology.
It RARELY works. I've called Sirius Guardian and gone to the dealership. They can't get it to work consistently. It isn't dependable. Luckily Alfa Romeo Stelvio comes with a remote starter. I won't be renewing my subscription.
Useless! Seems like others feel the same, but are still giving app high ratings, which is confusing (not to mention misleading). 2020 Stelvio never starts and can never be located by app. Useless!
Remote start, lock/unlock/horn etc... are all good, but very basic. Tire pressure reading would be nice, and if possible, battery health! Otherwise, good app.
Very helpful for remote start. Wish the pricing was a little more convenient for the service
half the time it works and would be nice if you could control temp because sometimes I don't leave it on auto.
Does not always work as intended. Had issues with remote starting the vehicle and getting an error message stating it failed.
Works perfectly. I guess that may be an odd thing 🤷🏼♂️. I do not have issues remote starting or locking remotely with the app.
cannot use to remote start. constantly feeling to connect. Even if I'm standing right in front of the car looking at it
The remote start function rarely works and hard to justify the annual fee for a product that does not reliably function.
Needs alot of work sometimes it does not connect to the car at all. App needs alot of refinement I understand its a reskin of sirus guardian but it definitely need to be overhauled
once you get it to coordinate with your vehicle it works well. the yearly subscription is a bit much though
This app does not work on the Google Pixel 4 XL with Android 11. Technichal support has been abominable. Useless!
Very frustrating that I can't use this app for my 2018 stilvio. Paying 100,000 for a car and I would expect more
It would be great if this app could record journey's within it and set the temperature - like the Jaguar app
I have noticed that it doesn't work with iPhones though, but over all it is great for Androids
make it start even when I'm in the app allow me to control the temperature outside the vehicle with the app and radio station .
Slow to connect & majority of the time doesn't start at the first time.
Remote start command only works in first command in at best 50% if the time

Sometimes I can't. start my car with from my phone that's not good for the winter months
Its ok...send and go does not work. Remote start communicstion works occasionally.

This needs a great deal of improvement. It's sooo inconsistent and as a result, drives me insane. What's the point of it; if it barely cooperates. SO disappointing..I was so excited to have a vehicle with this capability but might as well not. For a luxury car..one would expect THIS to actually work. Not to mention it doesn't even have that many features to offer to begin with. The app is basic therefore rendering it easy to use. Just needs major improvements on the bare minimum it can do
