Seems to be fixed. initially crashed. couldn't get to run without crashing both when logging in and after using as guest. now working. good display of pertinent recalls. the app merely links to other places online for manuals
Does not function. It used to have some value as it tracked maintenance and checked recalls. Now it does not even open, get "error sending data" every time. Kind of pathetic. Edit: latest version is working again.
Terrible. The app does nothing. at least on my BMW it told me how much gas I had in the tank, how many miles I had on the car and whether it was locked or unlocked. I could also lock and unlock the car as well as activate the external cameras. This app tells me absolutely nothing about my car. And the fact that Alfa Romeo couldn't make it connected car in 2019 for $85,000 is unacceptable.
App crashes during startup....every single time. Haven't gotten past that point to even use the app yet. ....01-2020 update, app works now. Essentially the same as the My Mopar app
hardly a brand builder... loops everything back to MOPAR. a pathetic way to sell oil change coupons... the back of my owners manual says use this app to take a tour through your vehicles heritage. i guess MOPAR or Chrysler marketing is a sad interpretation of "heritage". clearly no effort put into this to make it unique for Alfistas. i hope leadership will invest some effort into this and improve the app. by comparison my Volvo app is phenomenal.
Useless, cant even get it to send a registration email. Looks like it has no useful features anyway. You would expect more for a $100,000 car.
I've driven Alfas my entire life...I've had 7 of them. I love these cars and yes, they are reliable. Do not add after market parts or use mechanics that aren't authorized by Alfa. They will run forever!!!
Anyone know what the point of this app is? It literally does nothing. Can't view warranty info, maintenance schedules or anything.. deleting app and hoping for a better updated version in the future
App is incomplete. No car picture for the 4C. No maintenance schedule. No digital manual. At least my warranty information is there.
I have uploaded the latest version and still get the "trouble uploading data" message. Any clues?
This app used to work and now it does nothing but crash everytime i attempt to sign on. Totally useless
Fairly useless. The warranty button hasn't worked for a while. Is this app even being tested?
Love my Giulia, but this app won't launch. haven't gotten past the first screen.

So far I am loving my Alpha Romeo Stelvio, it's got a great drive and the style is outstanding.
Does not work. Cannot log in or reset a password.

It's not intrusive and it makes me feel a little more connected to my vehicle. 11/11/18: Update. The app does not keep your password, and if you click "forgot password" and enter your e-mail address, it does not send you an e-mail to reset your password even though it indicated so. Also, it won't you re-register; it states that it does not recognize your e-mail address- the same one you used to request the password reset that it never sends....

A garbage app. I have a 2018 Alfa 4C and after buying it was excited to see that Alfa had an app. I was hoping to use it to track maintenance, get updates on recalls, find out about new models, etc. Instead, it constantly crashes on me, and has now logged me out, and will not send an e-mail to reset the password, as was indicated. Complete waste of time trying to use this app.
