App is not updating my policies. I have changed my policies months ago and it still showing a car I don't have anymore and nothing else I have added.

Update is useless! same experience as many other reviews. Old version wouldn't work and forced upgrade. once upgrade was installed it never would open so now I cannot use at all. Tried un/reinstall, but didnt help. very unfortunate as I liked being able to have my insurance card hand via the app, especially with kids off at college. Please fix the bugs or bring the old version back!!

This app has not worked in 4 months. It worked fine before! I have reported it several times. No help what so ever. I DID call the number. Update: I have uninstalled and reinstalled SEVERAL times. No luck. 2nd UPDATE: got an email telling me to uninstall/reinstall which I have done several times. My phone is up to date. They said it could just be my phone and/or service provider. It worked FINE on both before for MONTHS. Now Nothing.

App doesn't even launch since the last update... it just displays the splash screen for a few minutes then crashes. I've even tried deleting and reinstalling, but it made no difference.

Gray screen then crashes; no error, no nothing. Uninstalled/reinstalled, rebooted phone multiple times over last 2-3 weeks. Everything on Google Pixel is up-to-date with latest patches. Nothing helps. Just poorly written/maintained app.

I have had the app for well over a year. It has never accepted my info for auto policy so I can't use the app to print ID cards. It only has homeowners policy and does not even give me an option to try the auto policy setup. Not a good app at all.

When it actually loads it's great, but I can rarely get it to pull up.

Worked fine until the latest update. Now it tells me my device doesn't meet the minimum security requirements, whatever that means. Old version forces an update so I can't roll back either. And still doesn't work

I downloaded it to have access to my insurance cards. Everytime I open the app, it closes. I haven't even been able to enter my login information. I have installed and uninstalled it several times and it still doesn't work.

Completely useless app. Redirects me to payment app . Try to add e check acct for payment and hit add to payment wallet , freezes and does not add my bank account to payment wallet and no other action toward making payment. Add button stays stuck. Same with trying to add other payment methods.

I really wish I could view my payment schedule and make changes to my policy in the app.

Can't even open the app without it crashing. It doesn't even go to a screen. You click on it, get a black screen, and it closes. That's it. What's the point of having it?

Galaxy S8+ user Never had any issues with app. Straight to the point. I mostly use to show or download and email cards and to pay on premium.

App is slow to open and if it does open, it crashes often. I also wish I didn't have to leave the app to make a payment.

After the last updated I cannot sign in. It tells me the version is out of date and I have to update. Deleted it and reinstalled, still getting the same message.

This app is aggravating. When I down load the cards it shows my old cards from 2 years ago. Then when my wife is driving it does not show her name on the insurance policy thru the app. And it takes forever to load

Its okay... its not user friendly but I understand its in the beginning stages of the app. Its doesn't flow like I feel it needs to but I think it will get there one day, hopefully!!

Couldn't make a payment on the app at all. Text isn't working. Online is not working. What's up? Maybe they're down for systemwide maintenance. 🤔 😕 🤷.

The app isn't letting me see if I owe a balance and they want me to waste my time and call them to let them know their app is messed up.They need another option, like email.

piece of garbage. can't make a payment...in loop...update needed, you that, repeats....endless loop. happens every 6 months. clean up your poorly developed programs.

I have 2 policies with Alfa and the past 2 times I have tried to make my payments it let's me make 1 but will not let me add my second policy number to make both payments. Then when I go back in to the app it will not let me pull the policy number that I need to make the 2nd payment on.

Works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't.

Simple to use. Information easy to get at. Insurance cards available off-line. Exactly what I needed it to be.

I don't know what happened but after installing the latest update it's showing OLD information. Fix the app!!!

Great IF it works. I have had to re download it multiple times. Needs to be fixed!!!!!

So far it just isn't set up like I would expect a company like alfa to be. It offers an initial set up but when you attempt it won't accept your criteria and the best the chat people can tell you is just do it on the website. Well okay, then why even have an app? Lol. Whatever alfa, i guess you guys dont have enough of peoples money to make an app work correctly lol. 2 stars!
