Being a software developer myself, I can conclude that this app is poorly designed (both UI and features). 1. Simply integrating some existing library would have been much better 2. (worst) Defect reporting is lacking of ability on selecting multiple files and restraining to only images. Imagine your home inspection contractor sends you a PDF report with numerous detects (say, 60s) during VP to report, good luck lol Saw dev replying they gonna update the No.2 in 2019, well it's 2022 now.

Hope alfred can update more this apps. Please take look ProFix apps. It much more better and had a lot of choices for defect item

i suggest that Alfred also made available on web browser so that sometimes we can use laptop to submit our defects much more easier. Should have the mobile responsive hence can be use on any platforms. TQ update 02/05: still we have apps that's enable web like WhatsApp, Band and etc. that is because lodging defects and such will be easier. we have online storage apps like Google drive and such to save files so no worries on hassle of files or photos. :)

Poorly designed app that doesn't allow you to select multiple images to attach. Please enable such function in the next patch. Even after going through the painstaking task of selecting multiple images, it has a limit on how many images can be attached. Please indicate the limit next time so that users can plan how many images to attach. Or better yet increase the limit. Or even better hire better developers and project managers to improve this app.

Felt like one-way communicating, app is not as effective as it can be. Now, I cant view all posted notification by management. Pressed on the post numerous times, but unable to view posting.

Aside from some teething issues, this is overall a very useful and user-friendly app with thoughtful features that helped solve actual day-to-day pain points. My mom loves it too. Friendly and prompt customer service.

One way communication apps. No feedback or email notification after action has been taken by contactor. What kind of actions that has been taken also not stated, only close the report even no action taken. As user, cannot access the report that is lodge in the apps. Not user friendly and not integrated in web base. Apps developer also didnt reply to user suggestions or comments.

Half cook app. If your properties used this app, this app is the 1st defect you shoiuld report 1. After successfully register visitor in Alfred. Visitor never receive sms notification. 2. Cannot delete self generate notification. The visitor registration info forever appear in buletin board. 3. No record for feedback function. Just one way communication 4. No common area defect reporting function. Guys…condo most important upkeep is facilities and comon area. How come you left out this function?

This apps not helpfull at all.. Same with people at management office site.. We cant asking them anything,they will push to called another person and the other also do same. Waste people time.. Service should be more friendly and helpfull. Gaji buta
