Ali2BD | Smart Shopping with BDT

They are fraud! They don't even deliver products! Products don't even arrive in time, there is also a lot of bugs in the app. A very disastrous experience! Onek tk mare khailo!

App has so many bugs. Have to fix all issues. The older version was better than the new one.

Worst service ever. They did not delivery on time. They delay more then 20 days after items received in country. Very disappointed.

Worst! I was going to buy an item, but the items price is 115 bdt but with delivery, it is 10659 bdt. What the hell? Why do you guys sell Products that we can't buy?

There's some improvements that need to be made to the app: 1. A consolidated ordering process for different options on the same item page, so shipping doesn't get added each time/full dollar rate isn't charged for each 2. If item prices change, that should be updated in cart, or items in cart should be clickable so I can go to the pages & check prices 3. Notifications don't show up if I don't open the app first; they should show up in my notifs tab as soon as they're in or there's no point.

Worst experience... Fraud Company.. cant deliver products and makes huge trouble to refund the money...

আমার ৮০০০+BDT মেরে দিছে। বড় অর্ডার দেখে মাথা ঘুরে গেছে হয়তো। সব কস্ট নেবার পর নতুন করে ডবলের বেশি নতুন দাম এড করে দিছে, ১৬০০০+ চায় এখন টোটাল। পণ্য তাদের হাতে আসার পর। অনলাইন ফ্রডে পড়লাম মনে হল। ছোট অর্ডারে এমন করেনি বলে সাহস করে বড় দিয়েছিলাম। Beware people, after settling all price and pay them, they adding double or triple price more, after arrive the product on their hand. They just don't delivery, adding more and more money. My 8000+ bdt product on their hand but now they want 16k+ more!

It is a nice and very much functional app. There are a few options missing from the app like other e-commerce apps. I hope that the developers will incorporate a feature to place order on selected items from the cart (right now all items need to be ordered from cart) instead of all added items. Also, sometimes the app crashes for no reason. This also needs fixing in next update. All in all, the initiative is appreciable.

It was working fine when i installed it and used it straight away. Then after closing it, it opens but crashes everytime i try searching something. I reinstalled it but same result. Faulty app. I use Samsung S9 fyi.

Have been waiting for my product for months now. Tried to use their help center, didn't work. Messaged them several times but there was no response. AliBaba tracker shows that my product was delivered ( 2 weeks ago) but no one has even informed me that on behalf of the app. Very disappointed -_-

I've only ordered once from here, so i can say it works, but not for all products. But it takes a lot of time to receive the product though. I ordered a keyring and received it after like 2 months. The app feels a bit unfinished and crude.

It's really a great apps. You guys are 💯% trustful. I order from that apps 3-4 times. But I have a suggestion, That apps haven't any favorite option. If it possible please add that. If any product i can added my favorite, then i will buy it later.

If you want to waste your money please buy from Ali2BD. I ordered a headphone on Black friday for a special price. After black friday offer ends for no reason they cancelled the purchase and they notified this after 1 long week (apparently I lost the offer). When I called them there was no one to receive the call. Ali2BD just wants the money, they have no priority for customer service. I wish playstore had negative stars available just for this app.

Don’t show all products of alliexpress in this app. Only a few products, which price is converted to BDT show this app. Even for some products it say, " sorry we can't import this". I tried a medical dental loupe. It crashes every now & then. Next button,previous button dont work.

got my first parcel today! It took just two weeks, I was sure it was gonna take months so I'm glad. Their customer service is also great. Being the first time I ordered through them, I had many questions but they answered all respectful and politely, in a day! The package was big but was packed really well with no damages. Also thanks to their moveon shipping option I didn't have to pay 60 dollars for shipping haha. Hope my next experience will be just as great :) thank you for your services!

A team with big amounts of effort. Yes I love it. In my first order from aliexpress it was a great experience. So I recommend to all who wants good deal with enough trust those can go with ali2bd.

I had a very bad experience with this app. I was searching a product in this app which is showing almost ten times more price than the actual price. I contacted with their support centre. Firstly they denied the problem. After lots discussion they admit the fault but did not provide any solution.I even posted and commented on their facebook group. Unfortunately they blocked me from there too.Its something like they do not care about customer service.Don't know how much people are being deceived.

Not recommend. I thought ali2bd would be a good solution for foreign products. But at my vedy first order they cancelled my order without any reason, when i asked they said seller will not aupply items. On the other hand, the refund is taking very long time. I will delete the app after refund. Daraz is so far the best in bangladesh.

I have ordered some products in February and It's August. Still i didn’t get my products. Yes, It's a trustworthy site. They have refunded me the prices of some products what I wanted. But still I didn’t get my rest of the products. I am totally fustrated due to slow delivery system.

They're the worst! I ordered two phone covers from aliexpress through them It's almost 3 months I still didn’t get them.... So I knocked to Their help centre for info like if there is any problem in those china bd shipment! And I'm very unsatisfied with Their reply they're like if you want to get your products earlier then order with move on... Bro I already ordered my products now after 3 months You're saying me this!!

💢🚫SCAM ALART🚫 BEWARE FROM THEM. They just saying they unable to purchase my product and refunded my amount successfully. But I havent receieve my amount. And now it showing service unavailable. It was a small amount so i,m not taking any action against them. But if u scammed by big amount, dont hesitant to take help of POLICE.

I don't know what's going on!! I can't use this apps as like before. Every time I am searching something and it says Ali2bd stopped working. Authorities should look on to it. The apps is fantastic to me previously and I ordered so many things from them but now it's not working properly.

Don't even waste your time installing this app. At first it didn't even load and after ordering it never came and my mom ordered a blender, and she didn't even get a refund. We kept waiting for months. TOTAL SCAMMERS! Doesn't even deserve that one start lmao.

I can't sign in to my account!? Every time it shows that your account name or password is incorrect but at the same time i am access my AliExpress account within same name and password!!!!

Most of the item links do not work, not directing to details page. Processing times are too long, possibly the item may become useless if have to wait 2 months. Ali2BD has taken an initiative which would be very helpful for Bangladeshis if only they could shorten the processing times. In this era who wants to wait this long. Update: Their customer service number no longer functional. In messenger they respond whenever they wish. Found 2 other Ali2BD alternatives who are much faster then they r.
