Excellent app. Always very responsive, no freezes, no crashes. It took me sometime to fully understand the navigation. The more I understood the app, the more I began to appreciate it. One of the things I like most is the ease of navigating to your contacts mini site from the chat channel. It helps to quickly keep you abreast with all your contacts. Kudos to the developers.

So far great app just wish it was easier to buy from the seller's instead of having to contact them and then wait for a response. Also would you nice if they would have the actual price n quantity instead of how they do it, (like the container home inmeters ect.) Seems like it a lot of hoops a person has to jump through to be able to buy from. Otherwise I love how easy it is to navigate.

The app is good, but there is this annoying thing... When I'm searching for new products, a random vudeo just starts playing with the music. It comes from one of the listings which I don't even have in front of me and just keeps playi g for as long as I'm on that page. Even when I exit the app, it continues to play. Only when I close iy completely it stops. Please fix tgis, it is super annoying.

There is a problem every time I open the app, it opens AliExpress. So I have to close AliExpress and then I can use it for about a minute and then the next thing you know it's launching AliExpress again. I don't know why the apps are connected like that but they need to figure out a way to make it where if you're in Alibaba it does not launch AliExpress

I'm sorry but I don't recommend this app. Yes they are cheap but with everyone I ask there is always a minimum of 10 or more of that one item you want to buy plus shipping fee. I'm sorry but I don't need 10 of that one item for a very expensive price. Example you have to pay over $60 all together. I mean my goodness. People are just very hungry for the money these days. This is very crazy on a massive level.

Recently not able to login at all. They have a feedback button at the top right of the screen. It's an useless feature. You fill out your feedback, including all the boxes that needs to be filled. Once all that is done, the Submit button is still grayed out. This is happening since January for me, at least. A huge shame too, considering it's my go-to app for international purchase. 03/02/2022: problem as of now still persist. I still can't login despite updating the app, and clearing cache.

New to Alibaba but have ordered through AliExpress. I have yet to receive my first product yet but family members order a lot and the haven't had many problems except for some items taking a while to arrive. This isn't that big of a deal when I know this in advance. I'd rather save some money using Alibaba and wait for my item than pay a whole lot more from other stores and still have the possiblity of waiting a while for my order when purchased at another online store.

I love the app it's filled with lots of options where one could choose from but, the problem comes with shipping. They charge a lot of money for shipping for example for me who is in Uganda Africa. I only now visit the sites to check out the deals there but I can't buy anything cause of those high shipping fees

This is a very nice app but it has a very big size. When you install it, the phone starts saying "Your phone is almost full". This is why I prefer to use the online site because they work almost the same way. Another problem associated with this app is that it consumes a lot of data even if you do not download. You have to think about this problem and search for a solution.

It interferes with system sound control, media volume goes down, when increasing media volume, ringtone volume goes up🤦🏾‍♂️ please fix this then I'll give 5 star because it good, EDIT: Updraded sound issue gone now it auto plays videos and there's no settings to turn it 📴 it consumes data without my consent UPDATE: please put a setting to turn OFF automatic video playback

Occasional buyer for car parts. I have been using the app for a few years. Now it's annoying to use as when you search, it will show 1 result followed by 6-7 ads then 1 relevant result then another 6-7 ads, etc.

Great app w many items!!! ( But it's not user friendly. It seems harder to see the items than in other apps like this one + a lot of work to buy an item. I don't know if I'll keep the app or not at this point.

Hope you can indicate in the app when the product was posted and a way for customers (buyers) to talk to each other to avoid scams. There is just too much risk for a scam or a bait-and-switch tactic. I am a first time buyer and I really can't tell who is trustworthy, even if a "verified supplier" is being mentioned. There are new scam techniques out there.

I love this app. and their prices are so reasonable. I placed my orders through the Social Good app. so I could receive crypto with every purchased i placed at Alibaba. I do recommend checking it then both out for yourself. I have had no complaints so far. They have a vast selection of high quality products shipped right to my door.

The search bar has stopped working. I can't find what I need anymore. 😕 Also I wish the company would verify their vendors. That way it'll be more trusted. I feel they're losing out on gaining more customers, those who are trustworthy, they'll have a stigma of being a scam. **Edit: I think they took away a lot of the plus size, there used to be more.**

It's so difficult to get these suppliers to give you up front prices and shipping cost. It's like you have to go back and forth with them over and over and over again. They're not very upfront about prices even though you can see the price listed they won't come right out and tell you how much it is or the shipping cost. I have inquired so many freaking times about certain products and they give me the run-around about prices and shipping every single time. Always asking me to use WhatsApp.

I find it very difficult to buy products from this app. Why don't you make it simple as the aliexpress app where buyers can just order without passing through any stress. I've sent many order requests but surprisingly non of the manufacturers has replied.

Alibaba has found me a great thing and if it's at the purchase price they show it's absolutely amazing I could be possible I could find a way to get what I need to get around as I am handicapped and this would be great because I won't have to use my right leg and can get around town and everything else that they show on this is just amazing stuff

App is good, but please if you can assist to provide list of forwarders it will be much helpful. I used to order but a fail to get the right forwarder at the right time at minimal cost, so always i am stucking on ordering items and fail to pay due to unable to find a reliable forwarder. Please Alibaba help.

Very boring app just wast of time and data very hard to place order and 2nd thing its prices are very high and big fault that single order can't place its alywasy ask for big quantity like mini 10 items which is very disapointed. Just wast of time.

the navigation is really confusing..i dont know how to buy stuff..its not simple like in (daraz.pk)Sometimes it says send inquiry,or buy sample i mean what the heck is this..why cant we just simply buy a prosuct without all this rubbish (i.e Inquiry,sample etc).. there should be only a buy button.nothing else This will make it more easy for a new user.!! Make these changes and will guve 5 stars.

Works, but latest update has made it very unstable, freezes, slow, crashes constantly, goes to sections/menus/pages I didn't select. Sigh.

A little hard to get information due to a language barrier. But everyone I've communicated with is extremely helpful.

Some times it freezes, some product do not showing after it press, sometimes if you press on product goes to white page, it has a lot of bugs

Unfortuantly after update i am no longer able to access my messages. If i was a manager in alibaba i would fair all the developer team behind this app. Am afraid to say that the developers behind this app are useless. This app will never get ride of bugs and lags. The app need huge optimization.

You got a lot of stuff but you got to buy too much to get a deal or even buy stuff you should let a person that's buy one item instead of 1,000 items of the same thing that when only a person wants is one item
