App is good. But Aliexpress has got some hit and miss with cheaper items. If you're gonna make purchases... guess you'll have to be patience and wait. Don't bother getting items fast when it's coming from another country. The sellers sometimes respond and sometimes don't. If the item is located in your country where you reside, it is fast. But as long the item is outside, don't think it's going to come early due to pandemic and don't waste your money on expedite shipping.
This is bizarre. The latest download seems to have lost the ability to look for the most recently added item/s in a category. Why would they do that? Also why after all of these years is AliExpress still unable to list prices in low to high selection which combine the product cost AND the shipping cost. Without this you end up with the cheapest products at the top of the list okay but then it will almost certainly have a very high shipping price - making the list useless!
Far too many push notifications & texts. Most items are bait & switch from the start. You may see 5 tubes of paint for $1 or even less, only to find out that it some other random item in the listing..like a tiny paint brush that is $1 & the paint doesnt come as a set, but individually & are $9/ea. And it takes approximate 1 month to get items...often of questionable quality. Three stars because I can spend endless minutes scrolling instead of whatever task I'm procastinating on.
No complaints with the APP. The sellers are tricky, they attract clicks with low prices, but you will realise you are not getting good deals when you complete your order. I purchased some items, most of items present themselves with decent quality. Thumb up! However, the tax invoices they provided were not valid. I gave up claiming reimbursement from my employer or tax return from ATO because I couldn't provide invoice. I guess these people might have been schemed with GST evasion. Thumb down!
I really like AliExpress and the app is seamless and very easy to understand and use. The items I have ordered, so far, are of good quality, some arrive quicker than others, the pricing is great and the shipping is usually pretty reasonable (you can search for free shipping)!! However, I know someone who signed up within the last 4 months and cannot spin for coins due to a security reason. They are in good standing and customer service is NOT helping.
Been making purchases from aliexpress. Be it looking for facial, hair, fashion and accessories, even leather repair products. One can literally look for anything from aliexpress. Given 4 stars, only because the delivery can sometimes take a while. However, having said this, I can understand their situation as most products are shipped from overseas, so many factors, especially logistics and custom's clearance are not within their control. I strongly recommend aliexpress for your next purchase.
Good products...I've learned to only order things that are not too custom or specific like shoe sizes or clothes sizes. It's hard to get that right without trying it on first. Other than that...small electronics, phone cases, cables, small hardware, magnets, small accessories and gadgets have been a good experience. The shipping time does take a few weeks shich always makes me nervous...but it does eventually come...and sometimes earlier than expected. 1 day Amazon may have me spoiled lololol
The products are great. The prices and Customer service could be improved. E.g. Some products will be listed as "£1.39" but when you click, that will actually be a case for the product, and the product itself will be £8". They also don't show taxes either so a lot of the time, it will end up only £1 more than buying off eBay but with a 30-60 day delivery time and less customer support
Can't fault the app interface. It works as expected -- giving you intuitive access to the full myriad of products and sellers available on the platform. The problem however, is that the shipping fees have escalated to beyond ridiculous, often costing many times the value of the product itself. It kills the brand's USP entirely that it's not only faster, but actually cheaper to just use Amazon.
Pretty nice app overall. I like the way that I am able to alter my wishlist. It makes it so easy to organize and create the wishlists that I currently have. I do like that I am able to check the ETA of the orders. Sometimes, the app does get glitchy. It kinda wonks out when I use the back arrow on my phone rather than in the app. Also, the home page is a bit annoying with the way that it changes so frequently based on your browsing history.
Great site for ordering cheaply from China. I'm leaving 1 star because I was lured in with 3 or 4 offers of coupons and promos, but when it came time to pay, the interface suddenly bugged out and I couldn't scroll down, and as it turned out, the bottom of that screen was where I needed to go to put in the promo codes. I thought I would be able to put in the code on the next page, but I couldn't, so I got stuck paying full price, even though the discount was the whole reason I tried the app.
90% of the items you receive don't even look like the ones that are shown in the images. When items don't arrive they won't even refund you. Yes the prices are much cheaper than elsewhere, but trust me it's much more worth it to pay a bit more elsewhere and receive products you actually wanted. I highly discourage everyone from using this app and their services.
I like the app, its very easy to use. There are organizers which is good. The only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is bc some items in the app is advertised wrongly. I thought i could get this item that was the photo i clicked on for a low price, but when i go in, it turns out its a different item on the list that is that low price not the one in the photo. Other than the slow shipping as well and too many notifs, everything is good, i really enjoy the app ^^
I have had good experiences with AliExpress for 4 years now. They are prompt in their delivery, the site is secure, but I have to point out something, the debit they make from my account each time I make purchases is always higher than what they advertise. I suggest they write the exact amount one is paying, not when you think you are paying #24,000 your debit alert will read #29,000. Again, they should stop putting people's debit cards on one touch payment. So far, they are great.
Steals coins and membership points. I have even using this app for years and it was great at first. But over the last year it has started to deduct huge amounts of order coins and membership points. This is frustrating as I spend a lot of money each month, write reviews for everything and visit daily without fail. I have contacted customer service and they just came out with the same thing as the robot does. I should be close to being a platinum member but I'm going backward instead of forward.
Good app, stable. Not the best layout, too many ads clattering the tiny screen. Can't zoom in to see product descriptions, disputes, etc. I had to research most things on my laptop. Coupon system is really confusing to say the least. Product rating is mixed with seller rating, thus making the ratings useless! You have to read through many reviews to really understand what you're buying. Prices jump up & down. No consistency in product description. So, you still need & better off with a computer!
Excellent, cool shopping site with lots of stuff I haven't seen before. Pricing is very competitive with loads of bargains. The app is intuitive and easy to use. For UK residents given current shipping issues from China in early 2022 the shipping times for delivery are surprisingly quick and I would think can still improve. Often your purchase will give you a six week delivery date in my experience it has been less than three weeks. Be aware that an import charge is sometimes added at checkout.
Customer service used to be amazing but now, almost all products have the "75 day buyer protection" that does not include return shipping reimbursement. Almost everything on the app is cheaper to buy from China but it will cost you more to return it to China than it did to buy in the first place so, if the item doesn't work properly, you may get stuck with it. Customer service suggests to look for "free returns" in the product description but almost no products have it and can't filter search.
Great site, lots of selection, can combine shipping when buying from same store, refunds are easy enough. Most places are very considerate and willing to work with you. It does take a very long time to get most stuff, especially if you are doing the cheapest shipping, but worth it when you are saving typically over 50% on certain items. I am buying enamel pins, retail an average of $10, on this app, I can get item shipped to my house for an average of $2-3. So it takes longer, so what
I have been shopping on Aliexpress for quite a few years now, and I've never had an issue. Have always had positive and extensive communications with all the different stores i have purchased from (and I've bought a lot of different items from clothing, cake decorating items, tots, educational items, watches, shoes and the list goes on. I always check here if there is something I'm looking for. Prices are very reasonable even when shipping is added on. Most of my friends are now buying from AE
Have been using AliExpress for years but recently they have been rapidly going downhill. Lost packages mean no refund because nobody bothers to look at the evidence provided during the dispute (or maybe they simply ignore it when you're not Chinese). Clickbait prices, which aren't really competitive anymore, product quality getting worse, awful customer service, excessive notifications, horrible search, no way to filter the results or sort them according to the total cost, including shipping.
I've lately tried to use some of aliexpress interesting features like getting freebies and I actually won something which is nice. However not that freebies require a review there come a key problem. After receiving and using the item I can't write a review due to how broken the system is. It just doesn't allow me to upload images at all and now I'm going to be banned from the system for their bugs and locking the system to app only while It's so broken.
AliExpress has some good offers and many scams. It is very hard to know what the good products are because if you have a dispute (if things go very wrong), you can't leave a review. Things often go very wrong. The customer service is bad. Very weak and very time consuming. So always remember to only buy a product if there are pictures taken by customers. If the product is expensive, make sure that returns are free. I bought a few nice things, but also wasted so much time and money over scams
