Alight Well

This company is exhausting and excruciating to deal with. Onboarding was a nightmare, it's been over two weeks without access to my benefits. Their system is terrible, if you are an employer you may be wasting days of your employees time by using them. I have a benefit I can't use. Long story short, I've been locked out of my account. Evertime I rest my password, it won't take my credentials. I've done this over 30 times. I've asked multiple times for a phone number, they refuse to help.

This is about steps which I figured would be the most basic part. So because I have an android I have to get a different app to read a different app to sync my steps. Ok got it down. BUT THEN it doesn't sync them correctly. Either I do it manually or it sync at all. Another bug is after I sync them and I try to update my synced steps, it removes them. Went from 2978 steps to 278! Wack as heck.

Every time I try to log in it is says action not completed and locks me out of my account. I was told I would be able to use this to get perks but so far I was not able to get anything.

Yeah this app is a buggy mess, no idea why my employer uses it. Can't even log in because it wants me to set up fingerprint login and my phone can't do that.

Terrible buggy app. If you are using this app to gain rewards from your employer through health incentives, good luck. I've taken time to complete the tasks and earn rewards, but it's not showing up to redeem. Waste of time.

The app doesn't work get error messages all the time. I have continuously emailed support and they have not answered back about the problems. What a waste.

This is the worst app I have experienced so far. You can get on it only once a day and if you try more than once then it blinks in and out. You definitely need to work on fixing this app until then it stays a 1 star. Don't bother responding because I won't read your computer generated response.

Can't even login. Keep getting action not completed error.

App is always glitching! When you tri to update it glitches. Won't save and when it does it will not go to a different screen so u can update more. This app is a P.O.S.! our old work app was better sucks we have to use this one now!

No longer able to log on, takes me to an error screen. Website isn't much better. Pretty bad when you're depending on it to pay a bill online.

Terrible app. My employer just switched so we could earn incentives. I earned 420$ and it only gave me credit for 360$ and now says my account is inactive and I'm not a registered user.

This is such a slow app. Anything you press in the app causes at least a 2-3 second loading screen

Very poor service, never connects to my employer once I sign in, though that may be because of my employer, not Alight, it shouldn't happen anyhow. It also happens when I try signing on via the computer

It's OK but confusing to navigate. I linked Google fit and I can't see steps unless I unlink and relink the app everytime

I keep having to uninstall then reinstall Alight Well, because it stops recognizing my company name. Very frustrating.

If i could gove no stars...I have attempted to download and install at least 5 times and it just won't install.

Never sync properly with Google fit steps displays incorrectly.
