Works well... most of the time. I really wish they would include the Remote Capture instructions in the app!!!
I'm getting a blank screen when I open the app, can't even log in.
this app works great easy to log into and see your account balance and make transfers and is decently easy to pay bills that aren't with align the only thing I wish it was easier was if you were able to send money from One bank to another bank also wished it had more settings like turn on and off automatic withdrawals and change payment dates.
This app would be five stars of i can pay my algin credit card from the app. Even if you make it a quick link and it opens a new page thats fine but please add a way to pay the credit card from the app. Just a button that will bring you to the new page is all you need. Its the only thing your missing.
Slow and buggy. Kicks me out constantly or times out trying to make a transfer. Full bars, no bars, doesn't matter. Apps not that good, one of the many reasons I'm taking steps to leave this credit union.
1. No message stating why deposits fail. 2. Failed deposit stays in pending many hours before marked failure, should let user know much sooner. 3. Successful deposits should be processed sooner. 4. No option to access credit card from this app as there is online via web. SUMMARY Only reason to use app for me is to make deposits - works ok sometimes, but, always frustratingly SLOW. If closest branch was not an hour from home I 'd just drive there instead of wasting time with this app.
the app is still limited as to what you can do. I'm happy with the newest update but still not advanced enough as I would like. I currently have a bank of America acct. to their mobile app is way more user friendly. also I wish my credit card could be linked to this app. unfortunately it cannot, disappointing
Very convenient. Easy to use and to navigate around it. Nice work, Align. You've made some nice changes. As of 02/17/19 I still love the app. Convenient and easy to use. Kudos!
App has become completely useless. Constant errors. After Uninstall and re install it will only work a few times before it craps out again.
I always wonder if the app is going to work each day. Will it have an issue with using the fingerprint option? Will it ask me for my password, even though its saved onto the app AND google? Will it lock me out completely and make me call customer service? Who knows? Life is full of mystery but this app shouldn't be one of them
It gotten alot better. Wish it had better access to my account. Sometimes you can't login, especially on holidays and weekend. Alot off updates and that's good but not good when we trying to get in
Deposit app seems much slower and less user friendly. Don't know what changes were made in last update, but they were not made on customer's behalf.
Easy to deposit checks, and transfer money. The design of the app is also very easy to access/follow/learn.
Since the update, the app has been great. I like the new look and it runs very smooth. I have access to my account 24/7. I love it
No longer works and does not allow me to login. I can login fine from the web. I reinstalled the app and it is still not working.
Even before the plague arrived, I truly enjoyed the online banking with Align Credit Union. Although I miss the wonderful people who work the Haverhill branch, your services are outstanding. I feel very comfortable using online banking, and I'm a stuffy old lady.
Once I learned how to use it, it is great. I don't have to go across town and fight traffic to deposit each small check I get.
An error has occurred please call for assistance. We'll I have called for assistance and have been told there is no problem. It must be your phone. This is the only app on my phone that won't work.

this app is very easy and convenient makes banking awesome seeing as I live very some what far from the closest branch for now.
I don't think its easy to navigate, i wish it was more up to date like all the other banking apps
App hasn't worked in a month. Continues to say it is experiencing technical difficulties

Edit 3/18/22 - The latest update fixed my problem. Update date is wrong, though. It recently came out, not from Oct 2021. Got my new Galaxy S22 Ultra and this app won't work. Get a green A in middle of screen and that's it. Have done the Uninstall, reboot, install, same result. Wrote to developer email, got response of forwarding to Mgmt to check with developers. Has anyone tested with latest Android on Galaxy S22 Ultra???? It worked fine on my S9 for 3 years!
