The accounts are not didplayed on the initial screen. But i don't know if there is a way to edit the initial screen display. I can't find the foreign exchange rates. To register new beneficiaries you must call their 9200 number and must do it one at a time... it does not allow single step activation of multiple beneficiaries... more so it uses my phone load. βΉ i hope they can provide a "call back" activation of beneficiaries like on another bank.
There is a bug that needs to be fixed ASAP, when i make a transfer and try to type a Memo, the words can't be separated by space, it became connected to each other. just like this, thankyouforyoursupport.
WHY the App sign me out when accidentally put it in multiple screens mode ?? this is driving me crazy , Iam trying to get data saved in my phone, and if accidentally minimized the app to half-screen size , all my work is gone and Iam now logged out !!!! please look into this issue.
the latest update needs access to my SD card and camera? I don't see the relevance of this access for the purpose of the app. i feel very uncomfortable to share such personal information with this app. on the update description it simply says "general enhancements" there isn't any justification for the need to access the camera and SD card.
Needs easier steps for adding beneficiary. I hope we can activate new beneficiaries with call back function like in other online banking. Or the least we can activate multiple beneficiaries with one call. Is there a way to see my account at once and my beneficiaries in one screen? Regarding the messages for any transfers and transactions i hope you can display the amount and remaining balance Thank you very much
Well maintained and executed app, I can make all the relevant transactions within seconds, even though in non Office hours too..more than this We can intensify every transactions by this app.. we can save time instead of rushing at the branch queues... good app strongly recommending ππ
A total mess. The worst banking system I have ever seen. All transactions are not reflected on time and this is only a one issue; the second, transactions are not accurate and my balance appears negative. Once I solve my current situation I will surely deactivate my account
It keeps telling me that the password is incorrect, when I am sure it is And even when I follow the instructions and click on "forgot password" and change it to a new one, the problem is persist! I still can't logon!
I have the worst experience with Alinma bank from August. I tried to transfer money outside KSA but everything in vain. 2 times the transfer was rejected, on the third time the beneficiary didn't receive any money. I came to the ladies branch and their work is very bad: the branch manager made a mistake in the beneficiary account number and that caused problems with money transfer. Plus I cannot transfer money with western union through the application as it says there are no beneficiaries.
So brilliant that when you open the app its exactly same as visiting the head office of Alinma bank with personal assistant to execute my financial and banking services, fast as now. Leading in developing amazing features. Simple & easy to use. Appriciate your hard work. Keep it up
Although they have released an alternative better looking version, but this one is by far more superior to any banking app I have used l. Simple, straightforward, and concise.
Why does it show only the last 10 transactions? I need to see at least the last 50 transactions because I use the card a lot so sometimes there are 10 transactions in one or two days.
Can't login from the the first time βuser requires activation on channel". When trying to login this errors appears. Funny though I have net banking and using successfully but still receiving the error. Bad bad application
Good app. Missing some features like fingerprint auth. And reading SMS automatically in previous versions was removed.
Update 2021: Still an outdated design... Outdated design, both the icon and the UI. I expect better than this from Alinma.
ease of access and userfriendly platform. it has westernunion transfer option which made me sit at home and transfer money to india in a single click which is very fast and the transaction will b done within seconds unlike fawri which will take one day for transfer.
Worst app ever. Functions like a desktop site, zero user friendly, unbelievable how a bank can do such a poor job in assisting their clients.
Graph of Account current balance is not available. Second drawback is the transaction record is not available more than 1 year.
This application is useless most of the time. It does not log on and say username or password error. USELESS APP.

Please add fingerprint access instead of receiving pin on phone as in IOS system. Over all best app
please return the auto read of message to enter the application as before , it was much easier than now !!
after an app update a month ago this error: "user is disabled by bank" appeared and unable to sign in. π
Bug. When I click on add beneficiary the system redirect me to the login page!
Until now ,, there is no fingerprint or face identification to access the application for Huawei smartphone... Disappointing app
Disappointed from the latest update it keeps messaging telling that the "network error check the network"!!!
It's loading all the time, I can't do anything. Every time I try to transfer money or change my card's status, it keeps loading forever and it doesn't perform any action. However, on iphone I never had issues with it. Once, when it didn't work on my android device, at the same time I tried the iphone and it worked. I don't get why does it work on ios perfectly but on android it doesn't at all. Fix it please.
