Not an easy to use app and crashes often. It dies not keep track of my routes and then a pop up comes up in which you have no idea what it saying or about. I only downloaded the app for my discount but Gosh it's a headache!
COMPLETE TRASH/ WORST POLICY BY FAR This company forces you to pay online or through app where your charged nearly $10 in service fee for making a payment on time, online website is complete trash un-orgainized and sloppy. With more fees to make a payment. Late fees are also very high. Which tends to happen every month because in person customer services and locations are NEVER OPEN. I have to pretty much harass this company to make a payment/claim. After all that the policies are awful. Fraud!!
This app is TRASH! The policy is no-bueno as well. Crashes all the time and the additional fees gosh. This insurance company completely sucks and is just money hungry. Id give this app zero stars i just dont like it.
Terrible app. Always crashes. I only downloaded the app since I couldn't make a payment over the website (page would not load) and now I have to go make my payment at their office. Very disappointed in their website and their app.
First it stop working and would crash as soon as I press the button to pay so I had to Install and reinstall. Then it was draining my battery, it took 33% of my battery after I set it to go to sleep when not in use and I hadn't opened the app since at least 2 weeks.
Nice app in general. I was impressed when it allowed me to scan my credit card. Share feature is unresponsive and pdf docs print off centered. Cuts off part of the doc.

I don't want to call for app assistance all you have are phone numbers I'd rather email this this all I can find to contact you guys I don't need an agent I need app assistance. I have created an app account it won't work it never told me my use ID so I tried the policy I tried email nothing works how do I get into the app????
If I could give this pos app zero stars I would. It mysteriously stops working for days when I need to make a payment. But is fine the rest of the month.
I have never had to use my insurance.
The other day,I paid for full coverage with this company.I paid them the down payment,they sent proof of insurance via gmail and then,the next day told me I need to show proof of insurance.I sent them the proof and they said,they couldn't accept my proof.I told them its month to month.They wanted proof of 6 mos. insurance but,its month to month.THEY SHOULD'VE ASKED FOR THIS BEFORE THEY TOOK MY MONEY!Long story short,I ended up canceling the next day.Still waiting for a refund!
Useless app, won't load your ID card won't open your profile. Just useless!.
Been a customer for several years,was told it would cost about 52$ to drop one driver and add another driver, both of whom have a great driving record..I feel this is like highway robbery
Can't even register online for them. Keeps loading, definitely not worth keeping this app.

Made the update and as soon as I got it I can't log back in. Very disappointing.
Hard to use frequently backed up makes mistakes in general it's awful now I can't get it to shut off
I usually make payments in the app but now its directing me to the website. Its more time consuming now. Is there a reason we cant make payments thru the app anymore?
