Its will be better if the app completely translat in English for now some fractions are in Polish and it's hard for English-speaking customers.
It's a mostly functional app with one major and very annoying exception: the only way to confirm an online transaction via the app is, as far as I can tell, by opening the notification the app sends you. The issue with that is, if you happen not to be logged in when opening said notification the app will take you first to the login page and then straight to the dashboard, with the option to confirm the transaction you were notified about nowhere to be seen.
Hopeless app. It ceased working. I was advised by the bank to uninstall and reinstall. I find myself now in a worse situation. When given the activation code by the bank, the waiting circle endlessly turns round and round. Still doing so after 10 minutes. I have tried over and over again with the same result. I an now stuck. It's a totslly useless app and has caused me a huge waste of time. Don't bother with it. Time to change bank.
App works good for me (android, Huawei p30). I like to interface, but maybe one suggestion: would be great to have on main home page all accounts and cards listed with availabd money on them. Nów i have to go to producs and search to see all accounts
The app itself is fine, but PUSH notification doesn't work, neither scanning QR code. So now I'm stuck without possibility to log in through my browser. /Edit/ The app is up to date and has all the permissions, phone is not in battery saving mode. Scanning QR code gives authorisation error, saying the code might not be scanned correctly and gives it every time i scan it.
Good app. But sometimes blik is not available . All good with app
Again Alior app crashed when I needed it. Can't even log in to my bank panel using the browser, because the app should receive a security confirmation PUSH. But it's just crashed. Reason - it was not the latest version. Why complicating things to your clients? When I'm abroad and traveling I don't have always ways to update every app every day. Other banks' apps work fine, I am never sure if Alior would work when I need it.
Error during activation - activation failed, few times tried without success. Support via phone can't help.
Can not vist offers tab. An error occurs.
Push notifications do not allow me to log in via web (there is a 'success' message on the app, but no login on the desktop). There is no way to change (or viee) payment limits in the app. Otherwise, the very basic functions are confusing to access but workable.
Pretty good overall, especially with the new design and fingerprint auth. There are still some issues though, like random chance not to get (a fully working) BLIK notification, or frequent double BLIK screens when authorizing a payment.
The options are not fully developed, it's difficult to download statements, history etc. Also there's no contact numbers/emails with the bank so I'm not able to get hold of them if I need.
Simple UI and the app covers most of the needed features. Missing features: most of revolut's functionality like vaults, automatic budget planning, virtual cards, on-the-fly currency conversion etc.
Why to make everything complicated? Why do you push all clients to install that bad app? I don't want to! I don't want to get e-pin code for my company. Make it simple and not overcomplicate for users, especially with business clients! I can't make any payments now with my card online. No service priority for business clients. You will loose such clients very easily.
Full of options, but simple transfer to trusted account is NOT WORKING (don't accept ANY description even saved one, that is obligatory). You have to confirm use of biometric authorization (dear devs, you should check how others are doing here before arguing about valuable pre-login options you provide). While preparing transfer you can't check actual balance, but with overdraft limit (yes, I do know 2 screens form there information can be retrieved in another 2 clicks and then.. written down I guess?) Out of 5 used functions 2 works bad, critical one - don't work at all. So for me it's bloatware app for checking balance and authorization of operations made by different means - this works so far.
Not the best app and possibly one of the less smooth digital banks ever. Just see how to change currencies, it takes a great leap of faith and patience. More concerned of the bank than of the app itself. If you are considered Alior, just choose another bank. Also, even developer reply is in line with the customer care. English line is there but not real ;)
Not great, not terrible, does the job
Very good and easy to use
Quite good app, lack of functionalities that others have though, i.e. finance manager.
If you could switch off those ads i would give it 5/5. They are so annoying if you have more accounts than one. They just pop up when i try to click on something.
Whoever is handling the transaction communication between this bank app and others like Revolut should definitely consider going back to the college to refresh their knowledge. Are you familiar with any kind of QA testing? Third time within three months facing the same issue; no alerts, no notifications, no messages- just pure frustration! WORKAROUND: Since Alior support is willing to respond only to Polish reviews in Polish, for anyone having the same issue use the Revolut WebApp for the TopUp.
The application does not start. Tried infoline no action suggested helped. Tried all possible reporting channels l, no solution yet. Edit: startup fails with: 'Alior Mobile keeps stopping'
Hi, After downloading this app there is an add popping up after unlocking the screen of the phone. Just after I installed the app, I noticed that the add is popping up after unlocking the home screen.
Everything is smooth and works as expected. Please add authentication using fingerprint scanner. Thanks.
I have been having trouble with my account and none there is no option on the call center for English speakers. And message box where I can only contact then is not working all the time.
What's happened with the latest update? It requires longer pin and doesn't accept the previously used 4 digit pin, as well as it forgot that i was using fingerprint scanner.
App started failing recently, cannot login, push notifications stopped working, trash. Can't send any transfers anymore.
Very good UX, but I can't make BLIK contactless to run and reporting bugs is not obvious. EDIT: I raised the bug through the standard channel and I even got a paper mail in return. I didn't find "HCE" in configuration, I changed the default payment app (and your UX guided me there on the setup page). The complaint number is 867331, if you are willing to investigate.
