Terrible, absolutely terrible. It won't let me login, and requires some authentication code that I have never received, everything is in Chinese so I have to translate text from screenshots on google, the worst experience with any app ever.

Not quite bad on basics .... But the had issues with the language 'cause almost everything still in Chinese... Can't really use it to transacts even after have done the whole setup and verifications

Thanks for fixing the mini app display issue of hello bike and takeout. However the utilities pages are not loading properly, gas is fine, water and electricity pages are blank, please fix. - Android 12, Google Pixel 6

Worse app, all and everything in Chinese, asks for permissions that shouldn't bother it's functionality at all, and very buggy, laggy, crashes sometimes. Worst app, don't download it. Why I can't put 0 star review?

It's a good app and I recommend it to almost all my peers but the problem I got here is thatnot all the languages are translated to English and it's really giving confusion to people and to those who are also willing to sign up

As a international person who has alot of Chinese friends that use this app, it's bad as I can only link my bank card but I can't top up my wallet or have my friends send me money. Now I can't even link my card

The real name authentication was quite fast but the binding bank card is very frustrating. Cannot bind my dbs platinum card despite it being a visa card and one of the more popular cards out there. If you have one don't bother using Alipay. Disappointing selection of foreign bank cards that it can bind with 😤

Very bad experiences with this app, and why should i trust this app while i have installed international version, choosed English language but still showing everything (70% part) in Chinese language. Extremely worse experience

Very bad and disgusting app. Almost 80% information in here is in Chinese language too hard for an international customer to use it.

Worst app ever cannot let you add International debit card which they claim is allow for you to use International Visa or MasterCard. "Linking of this card is temporarily unavailable please try another bank card"

already tried to reactivate my tourpass account more than 30 times, however it failed. Seems the system is busy.

I forgot my password and I cannot reset it, because I cannot connect my non-Chinese bank card. In your tutorial they say it is possible to connect non-Chinese bank card,but not in real. Now my money is captured on AliPay account. What a shame.

Terrible app, no English, you want to conquer the world and yet you cannot even to your apps in English , the world business is not run in Chinese

The English version simply slaps a few names over existing Chinese interface, with the majority of the indepth options still in Chinese leaving you with the task of having to translate everything. For recordng transactions, the Chinese version can download your expenses with the attached receipts which is a good feature, the English version does not have the download functionality and it is causing problems.

All the cons for international users. You can only pay with Visa or master, and there is a 3% handling fee per transaction. You can not withdraw if you receive any payments (such as refunds) without a bank account in China. So dumb.

Lol it says it supports international users but the international version is way too confusing and basically unusable. It took me 30 minutes to set up everything cause the app keeps crashing, only to know I have to have a Chinese bank account to pay. It lets you add visa or Mastercard card but when you're trying to pay it tells you you can't pay with those cards. Now I just want to know if there's a way to completely delete my account because I don't feel safe with my personal info on this app.

You almost certainly need this app to live in China. It's fairly usable, and the QR code feature works without NFC. Unfortunately, due to Chinese legislation, it may become difficult to verify identity without first contacting customer support. I like the ability to top up phone plans and to rent HelloBike. Overall, a solid app.

There is a section for you to pick english as the app's language but half of the time the menus and buttons are in chinese. As someone who doesn't understand it will just have to blindly go along and hope you picked the right option. This app totally ruins the whole user experience for international users and truly makes me wonder whether they had intentionally built it as such to drive international users away from using it

Terrible for international users. Defaults to Chinese pages all the time. To scary to use for payments

I swithed most of my payment to wechat pay since alipay android is terrible. It opens payment code extremely slow and usually end up with an auto-stop. Will you develop a lite version since I dont need the extra feathures such as friends, shoppings, levels-ups, etc. All I want you to accomplish is a quick barcode when I need to pay.

Terrible translation, it's very hard verify and I cannot try to verify again after fail. I don't trust this app
