I have switched to Wechat after having failed 20+ times to verify my ID. I only did the similar verification once with Wechat. In this day and age, I'm simply dumbfounded as why it takes so bloody long to do the verification. If it was done with an AI system, I seriously suggest that Alipay should have the task replaced by human, as I believe I would have passed the verification step the first time round...instead of opting to your competitor.
It is only good for consumption vouchers. Other than that it's just frustrating. Keeps asking for ID verification. Tried 3 times but still shows 'unverified'. Topped up recently but cannot use it. Notification says cannot use until ID verfied. 😠😡👎👎👎👎👎👎
I been using this app for 4 years now but this time I'm not satisfied any more when my friend top up and didn't come on to my bal. I call many the customers hotline but almost 1 week I can't talk to them please respond if you read this comment thank you.
Terrible customer services, can never get through, AliPay advisors keep disconnecting the call because they have so many people on hold. Just not worth the trouble when there are so many payment options in hk.
A+ Rewards says I've used my limit for the day. This is a bug. If you go into an order and exit, that's counted even though you did not complete the purchase.

HI good morning ... please try to help me to verify my ID verification i have tried manny times but always saying verification failled and saying there is a problem because i have change my new phone number and the problem is my old phone number still excisting i've tried manny time's to call you hotline but it was always saying busy line please try to helped me i've really love and like and enjoy using Alipay and it was so convinient to used especially remitting money to Philippines🙂

This app makes me lose my money and I can't even log in. How can they say that they can't do anything to cancel a transfer when they are the one who make this app. And one thing more, I uninstall and re installed it but cannot log in because the next button is not functioning and its frustrating because I still have money in my account. Can you see the features of your competitors like tng so you have Idea what you can add to your app. I just try your app a few months now and it's frustrating.

Its no longer easy to remit its very complicated it takes many hours to confirm the remittance its annoying and not helpful especially when you need it urgently.

Can't bind any credit card. Tried three different cards -Visa and Master. App keeps saying “System Busy” or “Failed, contact your bank.” I'm fully verified. AlipayHK sent preauthorizations to my cards which were approved, so it's unlikely a problem with my credit cards. Customer service still don't have a solution after a week.
Convenient . But in terms of my i.d verification it's been a long to take. And many many times. But now thanks God already verified. I really enjoy this apps.
I cannot send or transfer money thru this app,i tried and waiting for my ID verification ,but...still not working,i really need to remit my money but i can't,tried to call but always busy,so don't you ever reply me to call your number,I'm already upset😡I want to withdraw my money ...do not...do not....do not ever tell me to call your number!

it's very hard to verify my identity, how many times to verify my info, I cannot use in remittance it .I dont know what is the problem.
Avoid using this app for FPS transfers, the previous owner of my telephone number registered it to their name, so all the money sent via alipay FPS was sent to their bank account. A buyer was interested in making a buy for my item sent money via alipay fps and I did not know this number was registered to alipay, it was sent to the previous registrants bank account. Alipay support is completely incompetent and can't do anything to help. Brings a bigger issue of mobile number accounts dont work.

I tried at least 10 times to verify account with valid HKID but it's always failed which means I can't transfer or pay through app. I don't know how I can take out my deposited money. It's really disappointing that you can deposit but can't do any transfer or pay without account verification. 🤬🤬 Thanks for your reply, by the way your advice isn't working also. I called customer service many times but they're too busy to pick up call so I thought doing email should be work but no replies 😏😤😤
