I am not happy with this app. It doesn't work properly. Everytime my accounts automatically went offline. Because of this issue I'm unable to answer my inquiries on time. This app is very slow. It doesn't show any nameof my clients. Just show their ID's. I can't search my clients. This app need lot of changes and improvements. Please note these issue.

I have been struggling to launch the app for 2 months already. Every time I attempt to run the app, it crushes and doesn't open at all. Is there any way you can fix this issue? I think it started acting up like that after I upgraded my OS. I was wondering the problem is down to the incompatibility of the app with my current system

This Application is not good and not perfect for supplier at all, it needs alot of work. Why dont you guys work on it. The speed of app is too slow, and it keeps putting logout also i am not able to search my customer anymore and it doesn't show the name of customers just show their IDs which is not workable at all when we search our clients. Please do the needful as its making frustrated.

This app always log out and doesnt stay log in to give me notification of messages or enquiries. Then it keep asking to install new update but even after so many times installing, it doesn't progress and keep asking to update again. Also it keeps saying qiannu working bench unstable and then just automatically exit me out of the app. This platform needs a lot of improvement. Your poor performance is also affecting my response rate performance. 😡

Such bad experience with this. It doesnt show notifications most of the time and many inquiries goes unchecked.

The worse app, takes forever to load things, most pages don't have English option, only Chinese, the old versions were still tolerable, but new updates made it impossible to use this, and our business is getting effective and also the supplier response rate going Down

Terrible app, takes forever to load message and keep failing to load, also it is freaking user unfriendly. Some message wont even show up in desktop version. And where is my dashboard to view my statistic??? Is this even design for human to use?

There is some problem in this app. It says that the new version is available. When I try to download it. Its progress doesn't increase and stays still for hours even though internet works fine.

Keeps freezing and lags a lot. Specially when we try to open new messages. No alerts for new messages even after activating all notifications in settings.

Many time show Chinese language only. Not show international Laungage English. It's more beneficial for Chinese members only. Alibaba not focusing on Pakistan based members.

This update app is useless. This needs very high speed internet for inquiry reading. The last version 6. something is perfect. 1 more fault is that you have no notification for quick quotation. Just this app increase the security verification. Need a solution

this application not very bad but it is making a lot of log off and you need to type your password many times sometimes it is happening consecutively till you get mad a leave it. the problem is that as a gold supplier you need very much this application in order to run your store. I am really amazed that a multi billion group like Alibaba can't make a fully functional application in English without this bugs.

Alibaba is charging 105000 Rs but they are not providing the service according to amount, this is my 2nd year and i still not received any business from Alibaba, Also this mobile supplier app is disgusting every time i open it , and it hangs, when i am trying to update it stop on 90% , my experience is not good after Investing 210000 Rs.

Very Slow to load any thing even having Snapdragon 855+ 12GB Ram .... Weekly update but no any change. Mostly Not receive Notification even many customers are texting. Chat style is very bad. Wrong translation. We have paid 2000$ while getting stupid app.

It wasting my lot of time. Moment I click on message and click on reply. App is signing me out and asking repeatedly to log in again. If you are really a big company at least correct this glitch.

Used to think Aliexpress was good but it got worse it is hard for me to get in touch with human - I tried to get a refund (from scammer) but it is hard to get instruction how to do it (I paid via mart transfer) Another thing, it is hard to flag a scammer in aliexpress Please contact me about my refund

I'm Mirza from ADI INDUSTRY PAKISTAN I also have a problem with ali suppliers mobile app. It's always asking to log in log in. It's need to fix this app as soon as possible. Because we are unable to work on it.

Most bad apps ever we have seen. Too slow. Alibaba big company but massager too bad. I can't recommend to anyone. I can't work fast in this app. Make me crazy.

I am 3 years Gold member of Alibaba in these 3 years I could not use this app once properly have lot of problem , reloading , resign and many more.Hope they will fix it .

The worse app i ever encounter. Every minute or second keeps kick out and have to keep login back msg type half way git kick out dam frustrated. Which idiot who came out of this app. Please go and knock your head on the floor. Never check the bugs before launching this app dam.

Worst app, so bad interface, it asks for update and when you update, it does not update the system at all, this ALIBABA is just for chinese, rest of the world it is just fooling around and taking money.

It is one of the worst apps in existence. UX really really bad. Keep asking user to download and install updates directly with them not via Play Store. Come on Alibaba grow up.

So much bad experience... It's strange alibaba even doesn't know the basic user requirements... Every time login... Annoying notification... Bad customer management... So much bad... It's 2020 but this multinational app has 2018 copyrights.

Messenger stays offline... can't login to messenger. I tried everything from clearing data, resetting app to re installation.. Problem is still there. Can't login to messenger anymore :(

User interface is terrible no way it's easy for accessing spent almost 3 hours in trying to add my commodity still damn sick things doesn't shows me an option also few other options results in Chinese who will understand

It's really good. It's now easy for me to submit my rfq and also it automatically logout and I thinks it's great for security purposes.
