Very poor performance, tired of adding beneficiary multiple times but it get hanged always even after got the OTP. When accessing other options some error messages popping up without any hope.

Customer service is so bad. They are not telling you the truth. I send money to the Philippines and it was pending for 4 days, then I went to the bank to cancel the transaction, they said it will be credit to my account the following day but it was 48hours later still no action from them. Then I call to their customer service and again they said it will take 5 working days. They are not telling the truth. So frustrating since the money is badly needed. Never transact to this bank.

Been using this app to transfer money for a year now, I have never faced any difficulty or lapse in services, keep up the good work.

Recently I transferred some amount 1000 rupees by using this App to India here they deducted service charges, when I checked the amount in my Indian bank it show 910 rupees. 90 rupees they deduct also from sum amount, can give the reason please.

The recent update made the app very slow and i am getting connectivity Error. Note 10 Plus android 12

Thanks a lot and pls add ATM issuance by app or via Web version. App must have card block and reissue option as other international bank have. Thanks.

Awesome service, no any hurdle. Really enjoying using this app, 1000 time better than NCB AHLI QUICKPAY.

What happened why i cant open the digital store.. please fix the problem asap badly need it

The latest update is very bad during login, I tried many times, it took longer time, ended with error and return to login page.

The updated app is absolute rubbish. I can't login because I can't even type in my details; the login page is a complete mess. Furthermore, every attempt at registering as a new user fails. Therefore, this update that they boast of has rendered the app completely and utterly useless. I'll have to go back to using the website, unless some genius has "updated" that as well. I hope not! In the future, please don't try to fix something that isn't broken.

Worse banking app ever made! What is this, are we in 2010?! Very slow and unresponsive in other times, and the interface sickens me every time I use it. BAJ, Do not updated this version! change the whole application

The worst app I have ever used. Very Slow, takes time to update the payments, Boring and classic interface. In addition to that, most of time the app is not working. I hope that Aljazeerah focus on the customers satisfaction and upgrade this app as all people now are using apps for their trabsactions.

There is some problem in the app. I am getting username and password error once I check the remember check-box. On the other hand when I don't check the remeber option I can login with the same username and password.

this app is not easy to handle, it takes too much processing time. Forms are very difficult to fill required information. Moreover it hangs very frequently while other banks app are working fine in my mobile.

Before I had problems to add beneficiary but when I was charged mobile now working properly

Now it is good and easy to do transactions.

The new loop is awesome and full of features.

This is my first to try this.. but why is it the new beneficiary at fawri doesn't work 😔😔 I can't send money from the Phil.using this online banking app..

I tried to login as new user and gave my credentials to get in but this is showing something went wrong. At least a new user registration doesn't happen properly then how would be their service... It was horrible because I wasted my time at morning..

Whats happening this apps? Connectivity error how can i transact my accnt if emergency

I like aljazera App .but when i visit bank 1st Time one employee told me open Account than i will give you credit card .now gona 3 years but he didn't give me card ..other wise bank ia very good and in future i use this bank account in sha ALLAH. Thanks

The previous edition is much smoother, this one is too slow and even i can t open the files and keep struggling, plzzzzz bring back the old one !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Many users have complained about the app performance and interface over the past many months. Bank's response is always the same (pre-written copy paste response) stating that the matter will be conveyed to the concerned department. Nothing tangible has been done to address customers concern though.

Overall very useful app. Need improvement in loading time. Please include an option for Fawri money transfer. Now the international transfer charge is very high.
