Very Worse Release of application First of its crashing when ever we are opening, in addition it's annoying by irrelevant advertisement. Very stupid move of infrastructure and design team.
I have installed it many times and then uninstalled. Every time it says unfortunately the App has stopped working. Secondly I opt for English version but it gets installed in Arabic.
I am renting an apartment and it has unsettled bilI. I need to know the bill before I register the meter under my name. You app should be flexible according to user need. We need to inquire about the bill. I can not inquire from ATM. This app is pushy, has no guide for my case and unfair.
Previous version was good. Your updates and the it's new policy have ruined it. How to know the current bill before I register???? You think about too much technology until you forgot that you are human. We need an app that understands people needs, not your only need.
Very bad user interface. Finding the option is very difficult. Always shows error.
atter the previous update it gives error everytime you open the app, before everything was working fine but now you cannot even login to the app as soon as it ooens it closes by itself
WOW. This app is great fast & easy to use. life is become easy. I don't have to wait for hard copy. I have to just see my bill here & pay it online through my bank Account. I love this App.
what a stupid move by the developer, you've to wait for the 12 second advertisement if you open the bill information for any individual account. i work in an engineering department, and every month I've to calculate the readings for 115 bills for our resort, the 12 second advertisement is a panic and definitely will cause disturbance and consume time. i hope the developers find a solution to this.
Viewing Electricity Bill is gone worse. You cannot do anything now with this app. You need to register on Hesabi going outside the app but once you are registered you can't even use it as well. Terrible update and new policy. Bring back the old one.
This app is such a waste of time, every time I open the application it says alkahrba has stopped, it has been doing this for a long time not worth to download I'm going to delete it now.
The app has become useless to me. We are unable to see the bill details in the website as well.Use your brain before making changes to the app.what is this new hisabi service. It's useless.
It used to be pretty useful, but since the last update, it has become almost useless. Now, there is no way to check the bill details, due to a recent update by the government.
Edit 1: It's working fine now. I cannot view my bill after applying the new update, the old update was working just fine though.
Why suddenly its stopped working, when e enter an account number, then shwoing we have to register with one service.. useless now... already deleted no use.. new version totally useless
I can't inquire about my bill. All links are not working. And there is this settings button that opens register page!!!?!???!!
The app is stubborn and not working well. When in need it fails till you regret for downloading it. Plz upgrade your tactics of using it. Wee need it
it is a useful app but its crashing all the time. none are willing to fix this bug.
Not able to open. ...automatically closed even I re-install it up to 3-4 times.... also I sent error report but unfortunately still as it is.
it's stopped once open every time. need to fix it .until now I didn't see new version features.
Very poor quality of application that is making the entire service totally poor. One complete star rating is even more it deserves.
It's very nice application and make your life easy, simply you can follow your bills. I Strongly recommend it.
The information provided is good, but the app keeps on crashing while makes using it impossible, please fix this issue
Updated version is not good we can't check our bill easily as previous now we have to login in website even after updating information not getting proper feedback so I am deleting this app thank you
It's good app working on ios mobiles but not working with Android mobiles need to fix some bugs & error. Hope they will fix it soon.
From the today i tried many times to check electrical bills but app is not responding automatically exit app after open it make me disappointed... Plz solve this issue asap...
It was very handful to check different bills but now it's very limited to bills under your name. not worth it.
كان ممتاز وتقدر تشوف الفواتير، الان يطلب التسجيل في الموقع. وحتى مع التسجيل في الموقع لايوجد طريقه لاستخدام بياناتك في تسجيل الدخول للتطبيق. لا انصح بتحميله وسأقوم بحذفه الان. The update is terrible , you can't see your usage by using account numbers anymore. It requires you to register in the website first. Even after registration, i was not able to find away to login to the app. I don't recommend downloading since it is useless now.
