the new system is terrible.Especially viewing the transaction history.One cannot keep track of the account.Do something about it!!
It is good but should include finger print access. It is faster.

Good but missing Oredoo and Western union
If only there was a lower rating for this app. It is a tiny irrelevant app from a tiny irrelevant bank. It uses outdated technology from 10 years ago. There are no biometrics login. You need a one time password to be send to you every time you login. For every transaction you want to make, you need to put you password again, even though you already are logged in. Some functions never work. Like the card travel advisory. It's totally disappointing.

It is a slow app and has some bugs. It needs to be faster. Other banking apps are alot faster.

Why almost all QA pilots joined this bank? First 24/7 personal contact with "your" bank person. All problems that existing in other banks now solved. All subject fast and efficiently solved. Only it should be moved payment date for credit cards from 20 to 30 in the month.
Doesn't allow money transfers lately. Constantly crashes. Both bank and the app have some serious issues. DO NOT USE NEITHER THIS APP NOR THIS BANK!!!
