Possibly one of the most useless apps. Please can you update your app so it does not close anytime you open it. Also, if additional information is requested then one should be able to upload the details and add a comment. This is not possible. The app is either crashing or it takes you back to the claim without being able to upload the info. Also, you can't submit any documents for pre-approval. Why have this available if can't be used. A lot of work is needed on this app!

After over a year the app still crashes when trying to upload a pdf file, even when reduced to 320kb. This indicates to me that there is no interest in improving the user experience or trying to make it easier to reimburse claims.

Cant even login to use the app, and when customer service is contacted they send the query to the technical department and no one responds. Very frustrating. I enter the correct password and account and it is invalid.

There is no provision to set reminders in a monthly, weekly basis in the medication reminder section. Example, some medicine needs to to take weekly or monthly basis. Vitamin D normally needs to take weekly initial stage then monthly for another 6months. Admin/devoloper need to update this. And unutilized insurance amount also missing. It is useful especially like in dental treatment where limit amount is not enough Request to add this facility as soon as possible.

I am dependant of my husband so when i logged in i use his account n pin. But never succeed. It always said invalid user id or password. I tried hundred times. Still failed. I even contacted customer service. He gave me the step by step that i did. Still failed. I will just uninstall this

Convenient, but appc crashes if calim forms are updated as pdf. A workaround is to upload image files instead. Please fix.

Very bad user interface, inaccurate info, no option to search via maps, no option for Alkhor area hospitals search.

The application goes back to claims page when I tried to attach pdf file. Even file size is 300kb!. Mine is an Android device. Unable to post claims now.. Please fix asap.. I have some urgent claims to post.

I have been dealing with alkoot for more than two years, a really good health insurance company and especially their call center that quickly answers our calls and provides great help.

I have never seen in my life such a well organized application...you do not deserve 5 stars I believe more... brilliant excellent amazing wonderful you are the best always...keep it up.

No in app claims without printing the claim form, than fill it in and scan it, hoping you do not exceed 3 MB... You need authorization for pretty much everything. Not really "global care" due to limited hospitals etc...

Unable to upload claim form in pdf format due to error. While submitting the claim after uploading the forms in jpeg format, application is crashing. Tried many times. No improvement.

One of the worst insurance company. Take ages to approve genuine requests. Waste of time. Not capable of one star also

The app dose not upload files though the size of the files are less than 3MB

Extremely bad service, I have an Elite policy, and I have to wait for many hours with many back and forth phone calls for blood test and admission approvals, for my wife who is diagnosed high-risk pregnancy. Do not recommend for any individual or company. Do not feel they care about the patients situation more than caring about saving money.

If user anyway got user name and password then what is the need for more complications of secret question answer and another 6 digit code to remember.

Registration is not easy, have to call customer service To claim have to too many manual process 1hr take 1. download the PDF claim form 2. Print the form 3. Fill your all detail even though it's in app 4. Scan the claim form with payment bill 5. Upload all in to app 6. Waiting for approval 😜😜😜 How funny is this with mobile app
