I was counting on this app to back up my stuff in case i was missing anytgong when i switched phones. I was missing things. I tried to get it using this app but all i can get is a pop up saying app is not working cancel or report. The pop up keeps coming up and i can not do anything. This app caused loss of data. I could have used an app that actually worked.
Used this app for some years now. Recently about 5 months back, it stopped working at the start where it asked for permission and nothing happens after giving it. The workaround i used was to clear cache and uninstall and reinstall from playstore. I suggest all users to do the same if you face this issue as many have commented.
i have been using this and it has many features like contacts, applications etc backing up.Top of the screen you will find the total space and available free space of the device.you will be automatically notified when backup is completed
back up app in show in listed menu, but back ground color is black and font color is dark blue. Really you think it's a good to see. Foolish development. Y ur not develope this app? Your make a foolish by user. Please improve your service.
I created backup on this app but now it is not retrieving it. Showing error no apk file found. Although file is there. I was do dependent on this app n now i have lost all my importahy data. Please help me out
it doesn't work after updating....please resolve the problem...there is "give permission" button appears but when I clicking on it....there is no any action getting done..what do I do now please tell...all my backed up data is still there waiting to get back in it's original format😁😁
When I downloaded the most recent update, app froze upon opening on the permissions page, wouldn't budget off it. I had to uninstall and install another backup app.
A lot of apps boast about being able to do the export/import to a new phone but this one let it's actions do the talking and got the job done.
This is the one of the best application for all backup restoring. Call logs, contact, image, videos etc can backup restore by this app. I am very happy about this app.

Been using this app for 2 years Now in March 2019 the app stopped I open the app and it is asking 4 permissions I gave permissions 2 years ago and checked it to verify and all permissions are on but it's asking for permissions which is really stupid this app needs to be fixed this I've never seen this happen before I sent the guy in e-mail let's see if he responds but I'm giving you a one star until you fix it
take back-up of all your apps and other data and use whenever required. very easy to backup and good interface.
App stopped working 5 months ago. I have sent 6 emails to the developer and all have been ignored. Do not download......Developer will not respond to your emails if you have any problems.
Useless. Can't recognize its own backups when directly pointed at the place they were stored in. Find a different backup tool.

Failed when trying to send backups to google drive. I use it daily so I know there's nothing wrong with google drive.

I can backup but I can't restore. Useless.(update) I managed to find my files but now the app crashes every time I try to restore.

This used to be a great app to backup my phone stuff, but now, it somehow fails to connect to my Google Drive. What happen?
Settings set to backup every day ("backup interval" set to one day). It *never* makes any backups. Must do them manually. Six weeks now since I posted the comments above & All Backup Restore still doesn't make daily backups like I specify in options. Not a word from Hiko either. It's clear he doesn't care that his app has problems. Time to go find a new backup program.
