Apparently one can only store 3gp video files even with the Pro version. Also app keeps hanging from time to time. I have mpg and aiff files from facilities I visit that I need to protect and this app just doesnt even see them in the list of files to protect. Kind of sorry I bought this now.
Worst app. Unable to lock folders on SD card. Says lolipop device. Mine is running on android 10. App lock doesn't work. A free app in play store is able to do all these. I trusted the reputation of new software and bought it. Very poor app developers.
Happily used the paid version for years, however with the recent Android update the App Locker portion stopped working. The online chat function is never available and I have sent 2 emails in the last 3 weeks asking for help. I have not received any response. Horrible customer service!
Kept taking forever to bring movies in and it would make it where I could bring one in twice. Then when I tried to remove one it would take both. It was just a all around let down. I really with I wouldnt have spent any money on it.
The app stops working often and needs a tap to make it work again. Some of the free app lock applications better than this paid one. Also I am unable to get a refund.
Before I purchased the app it said you needed Android 5 and above, now I see it says 8 and above after I purchased it. it doesn't let me lock the apps like I thought it would and I can't seem to import files or documents.
i would like have my old version back in mobile. kindly email me akp. i was not having any issue with that app. i have problem with current app, as it is not hiding. kindly help. as you can do this atleast.
Only thing I don't like is that you can't choose what picture to use to identify the folders. Thats a big failure...

Work well for years but now everytime add video file to folder the file become corrupted and unusable. Very disappointing.
Problem One time multiple photo not import in vault pro ... Only one photo import
I have been trying to add pictures, some times it works, other times it does not. It says it moved the pictures but I can't find them in Vault Pro.

5🌟 to 3 🌟 😞👎 I used to love it, he!l - show it off to some friends... But after an update some time ago, I literally have to force stop before opening, or the app makes me unlock it 3 xs, self closing on me when I get into a folder... Today, I force stopped it, it literally crashed on me 7x's, and I had to force stop it 3 times to get the app to work correctly... And redo work within the app 4 xs. Do I need to shop for a new app? A "Pro" app that I PAID for no less?
videos corrupted :( after i uploaded 20+ videos to this app, i can't open/play half of them; shocked, i immediately restore them, but guess what - all of the files i wasn't able to play inside the app are now destroyed (i can't even play them with normal video apps).. help!!! is there anyway to retrieve those files..?! please :(
