Have used Camper Contact all over Europe from Estonia to Spain, and always very pleased with results!

Just received an email saying the app is better. No way. We wish to travel or are travelling. The original versiono had a full screen map. Could enlarge or reduce. Now this annoying pop-up says where do you want to go. I can't decide because the pop-up is covering more than 50% of the screen. So I go to Camperstop. If I knew the name, I'd use the search function.

Worthless. Doesn't work on my android phone at all. Paid for full access and have never been able to access it. If I could get my money back I would. Have updated the app, downloaded maps and photos for offline, they don't work. Have tried looking for listings using data, that doesn't work. Only works on laptop which is rarely switched on. Don't waste your money, get a different app. If I could give it zero stars I would.

This app was excellent until the recent changes. Now the database won't update anymore and I get to see only the one picture that I downloaded for offline use. I've been paying for the full version for several years now, so I expect this to get fixed before long (as it is, last weeks software update fixed nothing). Very disappointing.

This used to be my App of choice. Used it for years. The new update (08/20) is a complete disaster with many of the previous features no longer available, search function no longer accurate to find places, buttons seem unresponsive. Such a shame that something which was so good is now utter rubbish. I am deleting it as I have found search for sites which is a great replacement. What a shame that manufacturers dont test before changing

There are a lot of things wrong with this app. 1. Very poor backup when contacting support. The customer service do not seem interested if you have a problem which needs sorting out. 2. When looking at reviews of sites, and pressing the translate button to see what others from other countries are saying, a message comes up saying that there are no reviews, despite it showing many reviews showing in a foreign language. Now no satellite view, put the old version back. Don't buy it or download it

Initially a great app. Allows you access to info and first hand experience and criticism of sites through Europe. Unfortunately, I recently updated the app and now it crashes all the time. Not only that, but you go to get Google translations of other language reviews on sites and it comes up with nothing. Now it seems, having updated it again, I have lost all site icons of my map

As previously stated this app is now not working properly, will not update database and the translation doesn't work. We have used this app extensively over the last 6 years very successfully. We had problems so uninstalled and reinstalled but still not working. 4th June 2019. Please take note and fix the problem as we won't be paying for another year if it's not fixed.

Very handy app to find camp sites or camper stationing parkings with service area. The off-line function is also handy when no wifi is available to access all the downloaded info and route description. It is also good the it tells you the km to the camp site you are viewing giving you an idea on how far it is to the next camp spot. I recommend the use of this app which has a very low yearly fee to use all of its features.

was a great app until April when update stopped it doing stopover updates. This has now been fixed, but it still will not translate reviews! They just disappear when you try to translate. Can developers please correct this bug. Now useless. It does not show any motorhome parking of any sort. I paid back in May but it has never worked properly and now not at all . Complete waste of time and money!!

Have used the paid version of this App for years and it has become an essential piece of kit for locating suitable stops. One major gripe now, since last update: Obtaining Daily Data Update (essential), Translation of Reviews and additional Photos, ONLY possible once Logged in as a Registered Member. Effectively severely limiting offline usage, and not a great aspect of an otherwise flawless App.

Bought the PRO, it does work offline. During the start of app, it does require the internet connection for login each time if the internet isn't available. This shouldn't be for the paid PRO version worth for me. ° PLEASE release the old version NKC app which was working offline, since years.

The app works choppy and regularly hangs. Drains the battery fast. Seems buggy.

Downloading of photos for offline use has problems. Have done this 3 times now due to photos for sites above #60593 being missing on my tablet and above site# 57187 missing on my phone. Third time i watched and it said 100% downloaded but then the Processing phase went slowly up to 86% then skipped to completed. Now some high numbered sites are once again missing photos. It's a good App. but needs basic errors fixed properly.

Very poor Profile option completely broken, just gives an error message. App does not work in portrait mode - major failure. What don't you understand? Profile is BROKEN. Landscape does not work - a MAJOR deficiency. Profile now working with latest update. Awaiting the update to make it work in landscape mode ....

In my opinion the best app for camping and camper parking places. Easy to use, detailed and covers quite a big territory. It has an annual subscription, I guess aimed to maintain the website and the app, because probably most of the places come from users!

i really don't want to create an account to test yet another vanlife app! also, missing agpl/fupl!!

The old app worked perfectly with plenty of settings options. My current concern is I cannot find a way to store offline maps to my SD card, and my internal memory is almost full. The offline facility has been inactive since April 2021 how can you say it has your highest priority?

Very useful during our first tour of Norway. Although there are many service areas for motorhomes there can be situations where water and waste stations are not easy to identify. This app made it easy to plan stops in advance.

New app is Horrible. Cannot use anything offline. Interface reduces map size. Search field consuming screen area. Online web version is not secure. Web browser raises alert that site is insecure. Please can we have the old version. I managed to download Belgium for offline use. But it says other countries available soon. No France. Online doesn't seem to work in France either.

So many things changed that were available in the old version. Can't route off line as it uses Google maps and I don't want to update data over mobile. Lost the ability to download data for navigation apps. Give us the old version! !

New version is a total disaster. It tells me I'm offline when I check my account. I'm not. I type in Portugal and it finds nothing. You can only search for sites or Aires separately. I want both! Disgraceful issuing an update that is so flawed.
