Worst experience, app and website stops working every two days and shows a message that the version of app installed is not supported anymore. Uninstall reinstall won't fix it. All customer care channels are unresponsive. Pathetic customer care. Still waiting for my refund after a month. Would suggest not to buy from the app or website. Worst experience ever.
Time and money wastage , lots and lots of technical glitches. If you open this app it will ask you to update and if you click on update button inside app it will land on Play Store and only 2 options available uninstall and open. I thought let's uninstall and reinstall but it did not solve the issue, overall frustrated with their customer experience. Also they are not supporting on call as their support number is not reachable and email ids will not be answered. I am missing on my order status.
Opening the App shows The current version of this app is no longer supported however I have downloaded the latest app and the playstore does not show any oending update, still the the app shows to update. 3rd class app developers in All Plus. Moreover, I placed order long back and I have received since 3 weeks and there is no way I can check the status because app is not working and customer care never reaches.
When I click update .... I can see only two options ... install and open.... I don't see any update option.... kindly fix this technical glitch. I have done so much shopping previously but never faced any issues. Looking forward to immediate rectification.
Pathetic user experience... App has several glitches. The latest one is that the app doesn't launch and gives an error to update the app, while there's no option. Also, the filters never work correctly as they should.
As soon as I try to open the app ..there is a pop up informing to update as current version doesn't support...Now when I click on update it goes to play store but no option to update the app... Again same app I'd displayed giving only two option either Uninstall or Open....Due to this even the all app can't be accessed
Terrible app. I opened the app and it shows me that the app needs to be updated. When I go to play store I see that the app is already up to date. The app just won't open! I had placed my order two weeks back and it was to be delivered by 14th and I have no update till now of order status.
I have been trying to contact the customer care from past one month but it is switched off. I have put so many emails already but no reply to that. I have received refund for half of the products i bought in April, and it is almost more than 1.5 months to it. Still refund is pending against some items. And the app page says to update but it doesnt show update in the play store. So in short, no connecting number or anything.. Disappointed!! Please contact me!!!!!
I have been trying to get status of my Order. The app is not opening, asking to upgrade and there is no upgrade available. It is going in circles since past 3/4 days. Now I don't know what to do . It's a bad experience Technical issues cannot last so long. they don't seem to be bothered
Unable to open app... Keeps on asking to update. Open the app>asks you to update as this version is no longer supported>directs to play store>you are given with either uninstall or open existing version app. You can never update it. Hello, technical team,I understand that displaying a note on screen is an easy task than to update the app and adding it to playstore. But it's of no use now. Prioritise tasks and add the new version in plsystore and then display the notification.
As soon as you open the app it displays a pop stating "The Current version of qpp is no longer supported, please update" When you click on update it re-directs to play store and no option to update. I re-installed the app. Still doesn't work.
The recent update seems to be full of bugs. When we click to update, it leads to the playstore asking to open the app which again shows message asking us to update. Tried multiple phones as well as uninstalling and reinstalling app.
I wish the app had more of products in d list than in coming soon section most d dresses jeans or tops are in coming soon wanted to buy a gown for Christmas but most of the dresses are still coming soon when can I buy it after the festive season gets over.. And I wanted to return a dress for it was too Lose for me its been 3 days now it hasn't been picked up.. Hope these things are corrected otherwise a good app.
Whenever I try installing the app and open it, it throws a message that I need to update the app but it takes me to the same page in Google Play Store where there are only two options available. Open and Uninstall and Update option is unavailable. Is someone working on this glitch???
The App was working fine few days back, but suddenly it started behaving weird, the app asks for update, but there is no update option, it goes back to original stage asking to update. Dear IT please look into the matter and resolve it asap. Very bad impression...
Worst customer care service of all time. Applied for a return of a product but they haven't picked up the product yet (it's been 1-2 months) and hence they haven't refund the amount. Also customer care number doesn't work and is total waste of time. Warning everyone to whoever is going through the reviews to not purchase products from this application.
I ordered one dress from here and due to size issues I initiated a return. The product was picked up but now its been more than a month I haven't received my money back. All users who are planning to order or have application issues. It's good, atleast your money is not stuck. It's my hard earned money and they are doing this with their customers. There are hundreds of customers who are suffering just like me you can check their Facebook Id also. Don't trust this application.
Honestly, I have never written reviews before but they've forced me to. I've already called their helpline number, have sent emails, DMed on Instagram still no reply. I've been trying to place an order in the app and on their website for the last two days and I'm not able to sign up because of an "internal server error to generate OTP". Who in their sane mind doesn't allow an email option for sign up?? You are losing potential customers. I really hope this is resolved right away!
It says to update the app. But on play store there is nothing to update. When I open the app again it just keeps showing the pop up of update when none are available making it impossible to use the app. Please find a fix for this.
I had only one apparell in my cart and went ahead to order that, the billing total was showing correct however while deducting the money form the bank (debit card payment), its deducting almost double amount. So I cancelled the transaction and removed the product from the cart. But still on the cart icon it was showing 1, whereas there was nothing in the cart. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, lets c if it gets fixed. Please upgrade the app and make it customer friendly.
Neither the app is working nor the website is available. Not sure what is happening. The App pops up message stating that it has to be updated but there is no update available in playstore, it is a sort of bug and cannot find the website on Google as well
App was working okayish, now it says you need to update the app, when I click on update it redirects me to Play store and in Play Store there is no update button, it's just Open an app. And again it will show time to Update App. It's in loop. App is not working at all right now.
Really Pathetic Seems like you are sending an automated response without reviewing the comments. Your mailbox is not accepting any emails. On top of it the Customer Care no is out of service and none of the support guys are responding to emails. Its 2 months now, and return is still not picked up. Received this response on sending Order No to your email. Already sent twice, similar response. Your message to was automatically rejected: Quota exceeded (mailbox for user is full)
Right now the app is not working at all. No refunds are initiated and returns are not picked up. The app asks for update but it cannot happen. My refund has not happened since 25 days. As well they don't pick up customer care number. So have no idea how to connect as well get my refund.
I have placed an order on the app, the clothes show to be still in the cart, I wrote an email requesting for assistance and did not get a response. The clothes however were delivered. There was an issue with the size and I want to return a few items, I wrote to the team again but have still not got any response. With no option to make a return request on the app and via email. I am stuck with ill-fitting clothes.
This app is not working at all. When I installed and opened, it showed "this app version is not supported update" and when I clicked on update it took me back to play store page and there is no update option at the app.
The app moves back to the top of the selection page once you have browsed an item, and then you have to scroll right down to the item you were looking at, and then continue forward. This happens even after you've marked something as a "like" or added something to the cart or even if the phone screen goes off. This can definitely be fixed so that I have a better experience on the app.
