Great no-nonsense workouts from people who know what they're doing. I've been doing the workouts from Runner's World. They focus on strength and NOT body image. The app works great. I cast it to my TV with no problem.
I love this app, for the most part. Wide variety of workouts at a variety of levels- I can always find something based on what I'm in the mood for and how hard I want to work. New stuff seems to be added regularly and all the trainers I've used have been great. My one major gripe is that I wish you could build playlists, to play one video after another (say HIIT followed by stretching or yoga) and customize your workout that way, rather than having to navigate to another series.
I have the Fetch rewards app and got 30 days free and seems like I can't be found in the system? I'm not paying for anything content and reviews don't look like it's worth the subscription cost.
Love the app. Great content, but would like to see programs added more often. Perhaps a GBC program.
The content is very good but the app crashes/freezes in the middle of the workout. In a 30 minute workout session videos, this app will freeze atleast 10 times. Every single day. I'm just so annoyed with this app. I'm seriously thinking of cancelling the subscription.
No free content. No way to track progress. No way to filter workouts (i.e. bodyweight), only videos. Content offered elsewhere. Poor layout. I understand the app will get better but there is nothing that would entice someone to pay a membership and they seem to be relying on branding.
Essentially its all the workouts that come in the various magazines and the different DVD series. At first it wouldnt load but now it has. No free content, all is under a subscription model. I own a few of the DVDs, would be great to link it somehow to my menshealth purchase history for discounted cross buy.
I love the app. I wish they had more content. I also wish the quality between different programs was more consistent. One video will have a great timer and sound que for rest and transition, while some will not have any sound or timer.
Has to be to worst customer service I have ever experienced. Multiple emails sent with no response. I was duped into a year subscription. Initially used Facebook to log in and since the app has been updated I am not able to log in. If you love paying money and not receiving any service than this app is perfect for you. If you enjoy wasting hours on end trying access content that you have already paid for, be my guest. Save yourself the headache and the money.
After purchasing the rules of muscle, I found this. It is absolutely the best workout equipment I've purchased in 6 years. A plethora of options makes it easier to complete multiple programs.
The workouts I have gotten to do are good. But only certain ones load up. It continues to crash. Seriously thinking about cancelling my subscription. Really disappointed, especially since all gyms are closed right now.
TONS of amazing workouts! You will never get bored with this app. There are so many different workouts that cover all levels. The best part is that the equipment needed is minimal and you dont need a lot of space either.
Fantastic content when the app works. Unfortunately it crashes constantly and does not open many of the programs. I wish I could either have an update to fix bugs or get my money back
No work outs for home gym equipment. I just read an article from Men's Health and they rated this app number one. Of corse they mentioned that they own this app but it is not that great. Now that I know they pander to their pockets I will no longer trust their opinion. Not worth the the money to purchase the upgrade but not bad if you are only using dumbbells and kegs.
To be honest once I subscribed and started to look through the information there were no guides or instructions that went along with the workouts. The Fit after 40 program had a guide but all the videos were not available in the app
I signed up for a trial if this app almost a week ago and they have yet to start my trial. Their customer service is laughable, FAQ puts the blame on the user, and apparently they cant figure iut how their billing works even when they are given a whole week. The workouts looked interesting but they are all available elsewhere. ZERO TRUST for this company / app
This is an excellent good mix of workouts and instructors. Every instructor brings their own flavor and it may take time to figure out what works for you and what doesn't, but I've been really happy with the results and look forward to the end of work every day so I can get to it.
Crashes or won't open certain workouts. Customer service is slow to respond. They said they fixed the issue but did not.
This app probably great, alas I can't verify renewal information. Getting help is ...painful MH A/O Studio says it's Google purchase -contract Google for help. So much work just to find out renewal info, and to ask for help.
Good app with tons of workouts/videos to choose from, videos are in high quality.
Crashes immediately upon opening, so I can't really use it. Just uninstalled it.
Good workouts but there needs to be a planned schedule for the different workouts to follow.
worked ok for a little over a month, now crashes upon opening and unusable.
App will not load and throws an error immediately after launch, rendering it useless.
I think need more time for the exercises they are very short videos and there are few.
Great workouts! Love the app. Helping to get ne back in shape
says free but, bogus. only a trial. it's a lure to get you to pay $60 for a subscription.
Wish it had more exercises that didn't require weights and equipment.
It's good to have someone showing you movements to help you get fit.
Love the workouts, have been using the app for over a year now. I wish they would update the workouts so there is variety. Either way, I enjoy the workouts every week day, I broadcast the workout from my phone to basement TV and follow along with the instructor.
