Overall ok, but there is a bug i observed in the current version. While sending money to saved account number via UPI, it always shows account number mismatch. Every time i have to manually input the account details for a transaction even if the account details are already saved in the app. i hope the development team looks into this and provides a fix at the easiest.
Look and feel of the app is really good! There's this one glitch that's occurring while I received the OTP, I am unable to enter it as it just doesn't opens up my keyboard to enter the OTP. please check and revert. Cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and then reinititaed the registration process. I am afraid it just acted to nothing new! Screen however said that the OTP will be autopopulated, but nothing happened till 2 mins and 57 secs. Please check once again. Still same!
When I am opening any new FD/RD A/C from a Jointly operated SB A/C, the app gives me option to open Singly/Jointly. If I choose Jointly, then everything is OK. BUT If I choose Singly, then still the Mode of operation remains E/S whereas the new A/C has only one CIF linked. So, kindly fix the bug. Otherwise this app is really wonderful to use. Thanks.
it should show me my older transactions. some times i gotta do more than 5 transactions in a day and i don't have time to see all the transaction history at that time. so when I try to find my transactions after completing my job it shows me only last five transactions. so it will be more better if it shows me older transactions. Thank you.
Very good app. Smooth functioning and caters to all banking needs. Money transfers, making FD, RD and also breaking them. There is an option of loan against the deposits. A new addition of mutual funds application is also there. Having used it, I find it very easy and appealing. ATM card blocking facility is also there in case of loss of ATM. Cheque ordering facility is also there.
Very Simple and easy to use. I liked the inclusion of lots of freatures in a single platform. Acts as mini bank in pocket. Besides online money transfer, features like opening and closing of FD and RD, Passbook transaction history, Transfer of Home Branch, Request for Cheque book, etc. have become very useful for me. But still there is one issue. The mPassbook shows upto one month old transaction and doesn't show the latest one.
Unable to add nominee in PPF account, I am trying thrice everyweek, but from last 5months it says, "unable to complete request, try again later". It's a server error on that page, which needs to be updated, it is biggest problem of the app, and sometimes passbook doesn't shows correct filling and after opening again shows correct filling. A lot of improvement is needed in the app.
not able to do imps transaction always says technical problems.. if this remains why should I keep this app in my phone. .. purpose defeated..... so many options... but of no use if simple things are not being executed properly.....previous app was very fast and less complicated.... takes longer to start.... delay with every step......review also same
fix the garbage soon! everytime while fund transfer shows your request could not be processed technical problems. Please try after sometime. what time man its never happen i tried max... even upi also same you accepted the request but didnt transfer, very annoying with this... your previous app was very good and simple, IMPS just in seconds... we require to use this app otherwise kick off!
I have been trying to register from the last many days for registrarion. One gets the message that the OTP will be auto populated. But that does not happen. l have cleared the cache. Then uninstalled the app and reinstalled it today on 2nd April 2019. Attempted registration again by both modes viz. netbanking and debit card. Got same result i.e. the OTP is not getting auto populated. Also can't enter OTP manually because keyboard does not appear on the screen. It appears you have disabled it.
Very often at the time of need the App doesn't open with remarks like 'Server unreachable' or 'Application error". This continues sometimes for such a long time it becomes embarrassing at last. Checking balance is also uncertain very often. Resolving these might move the application to an optimum height. Regards!
90 ./. of times, it doesn't work. There has been some improvement in the app. It has not broken down which was a regular feature while using the old version. Hope this continues. I'm upgrading the app to 3 stars from 2.
I am highly impressed by this app. It is so user friendly that once you get into it, easily you could make your transactions done in no time. Just, rarely sometimes it works slow (that too maybe because of some network issues, i believe) otherwise it is one of the most user friendly app i have ever used.
Worst banking experience ever!! Money gets deducted from the debit card without any prior notice or message. And if you go to check balance this app doesn't work, i filled my debit card details a lot of times but this app failed to register. Now, if i'll have to go to the ATM to check my balance everytime why would i use such inconvenient card and bank. Also, i don't get messages regarded the amount deducted or debitted it's occasional. I am so fed up with this bank. Will never recommend anyone.
I have been using it since very long, but I don't know why this is 2nd consecutive time UPI transfer failed but deducted from my bank account... Though in 1st case amount refunded automatically, hoping this also for 2nd case but, this shouldn't happen in 1st place at all... Kindly check and fix this. Other than this issue... all ok!!
horrible!!! the earlier mobile app was so simple and user friendly!!!!!!!!!! what is wrong with IMPS transactions??? "technical issue...try again later" again & again!!!!! And why OTP for IMPS....mPIN and tPIN are already secure enough! once i was outside and there were no mobile netwrk...still i was able to transfer funds through IMPS on wifi connection...it was urgent requirement! But it won't be possible now!!! what the hell is wrong with you.....there were positive feedbacks on old version!!

Being an programmer and an intensive user of Android apps I can confidently say that this is one of the most secure banking applications I'd used till now the security checks throughout the app for verifying different data manipulations wasn't expected by me to be very true. Just the interface looks a bit outdated but still if it'd been open source app lol I'd loved to contribute to make it's UI more better and interactive for sure.
App kees poping up connection error, While trying to rset or change transaction password always there is problem. Sometime clicked on any setting option nothing happens. Product is so bugy. Now a days finger authentication should be there. I dont understand why it requires so many pins, mpin, transaction pin and bla bla. No ban app i have seen like this very complicated authentication system.
Continuously facing problems in making transactions through this app. Before this app with internet banking option this task was so easy. was able to do transactions at any time. Please update and make this app helpful for user's. As per my transaction history I use to make payments beyond the bank's working time. But now I am unable to make payments with this app as mostly it shows "transaction decline" errors. Request you to please resolve this problem at earliest.
One app for all banking. It includes balance checking, money transfer, new deposit account opening. Mpassbook provides all the transactions of all accounts. And with this app mutual fund is also accessible which is a great way for investing. Very user friendly and tech savvy app.
Its a very good app. One doesn't need to go to the bank and stand in a long queue to get his/her banking operations done, and can operate multiple accounts sitting at home only. It is also user friendly and I recommend everyone to use this app and make your life simpler and easier
The bug in the mpassbook still remains. Not corrected in 6 months. Probably the error has worsened. It's almost unusable now. Please correct this immediately. The entries are at random order. Not at all sorted datewise or timewise. You have to take a serial no. field to solve it.
I am not able to log in the app after updation as it shows only white screen in opening. i have also sent the screen shot to your whatsapp no but three days has been past nobody has checked my messages.. this shows a bad image of bank.. why don't you people resolve the error. Prior update It was working not properly but it tooks 2-3 times for log in but at least i could log in before. Plz plz look into the matter and resolve
Good but needs to be updated. 1. All types of debit cards are not showing in the list compared to online site. 2. I have updated address in my Bank account few months ago. But when I am applying for New debit card it shows old address and there is no option for address correction. 3. Consiquently when I am applying New Cheq book, it also showing my old residential address, but there is an option for changing address. 4. I have 4 FD's but it shows only 2 of them.
Worst mobile banking app. I don't understand, I am able to transfer funds to my allahabad bank account, I am able to do debit card transactions and all transactions details are coming to my registered mobile number, yet while trying to login to this app using debit card, I am getting 'Invalid account/card number'. It's just not at all user friendly. Error message is too vague. Horrible experience.
Excellent till last month as it's stopped working now and I'm unable to log into the application, everytime its showing error , please! try after some time. Please! anyone from the developer look into the matter seriously as it is a very essential application for me. Even the local Bank branch couldn't short it. Thanks! the beneficiaries added on this app will not be visible on the desktop net banking site. And we can transfer only 1 lakh per day collectively or to a single beneficiary, whereas that limit is 10 lakhs in other bank apps. The desktop site is the worst, where after initiating a transaction, usually an error message comes that "the request could not be processed". It is highly user unfriendly. I was replied 2 months ago on 19.07 that limits will be increased. But the same has not happened. 👎
There are serious problems with the app . After updating it's become slow and has connection issues. Repeatedly showing not able to connect or "under maintenance". Another serious problem is not being able to move out from the app ,when the connection is not established ,as the back screen button has been disabled .You literally become stuckon the screen and have to switch off your phone and reboot to come out. There are also too many and too frequent updates, which render the app to be useless.
