Allahabad Bank UPI

Last 4 years, the app performed at its best and since last 1 year, it is at its worst. Couldn't perform money transfer as it results in "U66 error message" related to fingerprint device. FOR YOUR INFORMATION, MY MOBILE DOESN'T HAVE ANY FINGERPRINT OPTIONS. They don't even respond to complaints.

trying to use it but cannot because as soon as you open the application a pop up comes up asking to update with options for now or later. which ever options you click you are unable to use it. this is the problem since last two days. it is really frustrating. however,until now it was working well.

Worst UPI application I ever seen. Sometimes this even crashes and sometimes this don't work at all. And so bad UX. This application don't even have basic features like transaction history the option is there but never worked for a decade.

The app was working fine till yesterday. Now its asking to update & when I click on update button it doesn't give the option to update at Playstore. Doesn't display anything else except to update now which actually doesn't happen...

Very slow, stopped suddenly multiple times, whenever I'm trying to put security answer it's completely shut down. Lots of improvements are required

Very simple & comfortable app. But when user opens the app and update is available,there shouldn't be must update pop-up.This is very annoying. Developer should let user to update the application whenever he/she becomes free.

** This is my next update... After so many days finally the application is really updated. But till there have bugs. When i tried to create upi pin a message displays xn-no card record found. but for last one year i am using other UPI through the same bank account and same card..

Worst app. After mobile verification it's exits by itself. If we restart the app it is sending the verification message again and again. Loss of SMS charges.

Worst app, again and again they ask for number verification, then an automated success msg will come, but again when u try to open the app, same thing will pop up, and application will never be login ind.

Please help me out in the problems I am getting after downloading it, it continued showing me time out and please try after some time. I thinks its a bug or error problem I am getting bafter redownloading it.

worst application. every time it dies ask for updates. once you click on updates, screen vanishes. click on update later then screen van8shes.

Worst app...does not go beyond selection of Sim slot. It asks to wait and then nothing happens for few minutes and then it crashes

not responding from few days.always on opening it shows a message for updating,but there is no update available on play store. and if deny for update then app is goes off.

Device mismatch problems when ever I am trying to transfer money through UPI. the transaction will approve.But, the amount was not deducting and coming as "device mismatch". unable to fix this. please rectify the same

Bad experience .Now when I want to pay some beneficiary fingerprint mismatch message coming up.IMy phone does not have any such facility. Ridiculous.

The App asks for unnecessary updates when there's no such update available in the Play Store. Kindly fix this because if the app is not updated then it closes abruptly. Otherwise a good BHIM app from Allahabad Bank.

👉Serious Complaint:- This app does not working all Function, when Mobile Number in "Roming", Even not able to check Available Bank Balance!!😠 Only woks in Home Network🙄. To Developer, i have request to Modify & Rectify the Functions very soon!! 🙏🙏

Worst app. You can not open it easily.Bank has no desire to upgrade this app while Google pay,paytm,phonepe are working so well.They think that this is the best best app to deal with.You can return from bank in less time in spite of working with this app.

Pathetic, substandard, rubbish, unreliable & captious. Auto deregister & transaction status failures are frequent. Developers are reckless & unaccountable. Don't pay heed to query mails. Moreover, support team is arrogant enough to avoid reminders. Horrible !!!!!!

Unable to open the app as it asks to download the latest application from play store but there is no such latest application in the play store. Fix this issue soon.

Not working...I tried it to pay my lic premium. At the end payment is approved but fund transfer is not done. I am using SBI and Axis Bank BHIM UPI..they are working properly. Please update the app. so that it works properly.

This app not accepting my debit card. So that unable set the UPI PIN Code. Whenever tried to enter the debit card 6 digit card no. the Error message showimg like Error code ZT-OTP YOUR TRANSACTION LIMIT EXCEEDED. Complaint raised on 12 th July, till now no reply has come.

Bad experience as it is very heavy app. Unable check my upi balance individually. Limited options available.

I downloaded this app recently but every time it says "UPDATE NOW" or UPDATE LATER". When I choose update later it stopped and when I choose updated now....neither it open nor updated. I hate this app.

I am having too much problems regarding using this app. I am unable to make payments to any one . You dont have a customer cell where we can contact you to solve the problems we face, if this continues I think I will have to opt for another bank

Pathetic application the application is opened it shows update required and crashes. I cannot BHIM/UPI from third party application like paytm, PhonePe,Google Pay .These problem need to be resolved soon.

It's a decent app to be used for upi transactions and balance enquiry. Sometimes it lags but it's bearable. Good to go for UPI.

app is not working its only telling to update but when i press the update botton it open play store page and two option is there uninstall/ open... what is happening ? worst experience...

used to like dis app before a lot but nw i m have a problem with it.....when i try to open dis app it says to download a latest version from playstore but dn no new version is available in playstore....
