AllCast Premium

Great, when it works it's flawless. BUT, .....If you don't have the strongest wifi signal, there's ALOT of buffering. other casting apps seemed to have figured this out. Other than that it's a good application, I do recommend getting the pro version, however. As the free version has so many ads, it makes it difficult to navigate and cast a show, and is very frustrating.

Used to be "THE" casting app to have. Now it barely works. Once in a while it might pick up my Chromecast, Roku, or Firestick. Sometimes but very rare I even see all 3. Guess the developer stopped updating the app because this issue has been going on for some time. You are better off finding another app to cast your needs and save a bit of frustration.

Not compatible with Android 10. Please fix the app so that I don't have to see the extra annoying icon in Android 10. It seems to "work" in the sense that the premium features are unlocked but it throws compatibility errors and leaves both the regular allcast icon as well as the allcast premium icon in my app drawer. It's a small gripe, I know, but this should be an easy fix.

I purchased this while using a Samsung 6S. It worked beautifully to cast to a Roku Deluxe Device. Unfortunately, My phone started to fail & not long after so did My Roku. My phone was 5yrs old & the Roku 3 or more, so it was to be expected. While I was using this app on said Phone, I had the occasional hiccup, but for the most part I thought the app worked well. With my new phone and Roku Stick I haven't needed this app so far, but for those using older devices I would definitely recommend.

For casting to any Chromecast from apps like Netflix, Showbox, or any other sites. Hands down, it's the best money you can spend. No other app even compares. I've tried most of them. None can touch this app once you learn how to use it. Cast's all your pictures and videos saved on your Android phone too. Great app guy's.

Well worth the little bit of Google Play credit. (Google Opinion Rewards FTW!) Now I know I can cast anything that shows up on my gallery, downloaded files as well as photos & videos taken locally on my phone. The only thing that keeps me from rating it 5 stars is that while casting videos shot from my phones the playback is "laggy" (it plays for a few seconds, then stops for a few... CONSTANTLY!) Only occurs on video shot from phones. I am thinking it may be a fps issue, but just speculating.

I'm getting this message when I try to send to all cast reciever. please verify your tv connection is on and connected to the internet. No matter what device I use. Everything was working fine before. I've tried restarting, powering off, rebooting my modem, uninstalling the app from fire stick and each device, unplugging fire stick and waiting, I've tried dumping cache and cookies. I've sent 3 emails to the email listed and no answer as of yet.

I'm able to play almost every Video app or online program directly to either of my Televisions HDMI splitters throughout my home and Teltra TV. Obvious to most users is to keep the size options for memory low is the only way to achieve unbroken play back whilst streaming. Thus 4 out 5 is a brilliant and fair score, because speed of set up is still not perfect, so once technology and streaming speeds, and related issues are all resolved to better than the current situation, 5 out 5 = solved...

I've tried casting from Facebook and it will not work. I can cast YouTube videos using Google Chrome stick, without this app. I am disappointed. I purchased the premium Brendan I though it would be exactly what I needed. It turns out to be completely useless. I have a Galaxy S7 and a Samsung Fire tv. Both devices find the app, it connects but then nothing will play. Wasted money.

Was amazing for 2 or 3 uses, then just stops allowing you to connect to devices. It finds them, but refuses to connect. Videos do not stream, on several devices. No amount of restarts from phone, chromecast device, router etc. fixes it. Regret the premium purchase, doesn't seem to be any updates coming...

I'm a little disappointed with this. It works most of the time but vlc media player is actually better at working all the time for videos plus it's free. Seems to have problems when the video needs on the fly conversion, where it just won't cast.

Worked a few times on trial app then stopped working all together. Before it stopped working working I purchased the premium version and the license was not recognized. Only played for 5 minutes and then would stop playing. Uninstalled premium and reinstalled again as per support but didn't work, now it stopped working all together. Finds devices but doesn't stream.

its a great app thst i have been using for quite a lomg while now. the only reason i can say it doesn't get five stars is because since the android 8 upgrade. the premium feature no lomger works. ive uninstalled both apps. restarted the phone. installed them and the problem might disspear for at least an hour but after returns to its normal state with adds. its a great app. works perfectly fine and ile continue to use it but i hope this problem gets fixed later on.

Have been using allcast without any problems until some months ago when I was advised I need the paid license version too. I got this and it has been working fine until about two days ago. Now neither my phone or tablet can 'find' the firestick plugged into my TV. Could I have some feedback and advice re what has happened and what I can do to resolve this?

Used to work well but I've found myself trying to stream a few videos to my firestick and I just get a black screen with audio. The video plays on my phone so it's either the firestick or the app that doesn't play particular file formats. It used to play everything I threw at it.

get me wrong it Casts great. But it has No features. Example: No Speed Control, No Aspect ratio, No A - B loop, I hoped that when I paid I wouldn't just be spared from advertising. Have you seen your competition? Hey it works. And I haven't gotten that far yet but I hope I am not limited in the length of the Video. Keep it up. Oh Have each update add reliability. Not take them. I have read too many reviews that begin with. I loved it until the last update ...

I paid for the premium so I could stream from my tablet to smart tv easier. Unfortunately it doesn't recognise that I've paid and always runs as a trial. I've gone through the troubleshooting guide to no avail. I also emailed them regarding this with no reply.

i still have the trial app after paying, uninstalled and reinstalleultople times both the free app amd this one. also i can only cast my files. i would love it if twitch worked and there could be an option for netflix and other services. or full screen cast.

I LOVE THIS APP!! This is my go-to app for streaming media from my cloud my Chromecast devices. U only have it 4v starts instead of 5 because support for subtitles is missing. It's a shame it doesn't support them as it is. Hopefully the developers really read these and see what their patrons want.

It used to work about 2 years ago. I was able to cast from my Google Drive to TVs.... now it doesn't work. With old phone, new phone, different TV, different Chromecast, etc. I do not like that it no longer works with Google Drive.

Been using the free app to cast straight from phone to the TV, it finds my TV automatically and streams well. Sometimes the ads in the free version can cause a bit of lag but not too often. Decided to by the premium app

Needs update for my S10 5G, as it doesn't function properly without me allowing call management. I'm a long time user and on my other devices it works fantastically, although some for videos I have to use VLC for casting to my Chromecast.

Works super great, but premium version does not support Android 10 so can only cast videos in the free version. Waiting about 40 seconds for the exact same video commercial every time is just too much!

Used to work perfect on Apple TV, now doesn't even detect it unless I go back to an older version then it works again. Bad update and emails to developer are pointless, no response. No fix. Refund wanted.

Used to work great but last year I've found myself using another app which is free because this app that i paid for struggles with video formats/codecs. Where as the app doesnt struggle with video playback through smart TV.

There are reasons to purchase this. If getting rid of ads is your reason, then skip it. I still get ads in the app, despite paying for premium. That being said, it is still worth it, just don't expect the ads to go away.

Worked fine with the free version so I bought premium to get rid of the ads. Now it wants to lag every single time I play video on it. Gotten to the point where it is unusable, I want a refund.
