Confusing and won't accept my pin
Use it every day. Has not failed yet
I purchased a diy Program for One Of mY Fleet trucks but I can't use Alldata mobile Unless I buy the proffesional Repair I Should be able To use it with my Purchase Im on a Tablet
Not right that its only for the professional users. I pay 30 something dollars for one vehicle and can't get access to the mobile app??? Complete BS
This is a must-have for any shop!
Great wireless tool
Our shop is already an alldata commercial customer and they want to charge an additional $49 per month for one tablet and $29 for each one after that. On top or the hundreds we already pay for their service. Just because it can scan codes. Get car gauge pro. It does more than this app could ever dream of doing. And for a cheap one time fee.
Alldata mobile does not inform you that using the app is an extra charge on top of the $265 a month I already pay for their services. Very disappointed in alldata about this

Is this the only Bluetooth tool that works with the app? Anybody know of a source for the tool in Ontario Canada if so?
Beware of AllData to all my shop friends. I have been a client since 1993 and now their service is horrible. I can not believe how bad they have gotten. If your looking to change BEWARE!
Doubt any real tech will take their tablets to work... this would be more useful to every day users/at home techs. After all, at home you wouldn't have access to all the info. Why would you need this app at work, when the computer is right there?
Adds very litte to the Alldata experience. Same gaps in info. Pulls codes, but there are much better scanners out there. No Mode $06 data access. No way to print, save reports.

Must have professional to have access. Terrible.
