Don't try to set this up on a weekend. IT WON'T RECOGNIZE YOUR LOGIN and you'll need Customer Service you give you new credentials. Credentials get me in to the web site. WHY NOT THE APP?! UPDATE: the fine print (on the desktop site) indicates that the app uses a separate login with 4-digit PIN. How many of us wasted 30-60 minutes of resetting passwords and checking email... all to no avail? Oy.
Can't scan barcodes in store Used to be able to scan products in store to see if they were covered. Tried with my Samsung phone & my ipad. Barcode is blurry & will not capture. Would be great if that could be fixed or an option to enter the barcode number so I dont have to return items at the checkout that aren't covered.
I hate this app but I have to use it to submit FSA claims. It logs me out in the middle of submitting claims making me re-do what I was in the middle of. The camera image doesn't match what's on the screen, cutting off parts of the receipts. Overall it is frustrating to use.
Junk software. Doesn't even let me log in, doesn't let me reset my password. This app and the site does two different things when trying to log in or reset my password. Don't offer an app if you can't even make it work.
Using the exact same user name and Password as the website does not work in the app. The response "Allegiance Benefit Plan Management" provided proves just how useless this app really is. With great pleasure I have removed the app from my phone and will now just use a third party app instead. And yes there is a third party app for this. :) Two thumbs up to the third party up and I have given them 5 stars and a glowing review.
Very difficult to initially log in and create account. Equally difficult to use app. Too many choices, asks got things like mileage that are not relevant. Very frustrating!
I used to use the app just fine. All of a sudden it doesn't recognize my credentials. Even online when I'm in my account I can't do anything without getting an "error" message. Horrible business.
The app says my credentials are wrong but I can log in on the website with no problem. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it did not help the issue.
No stars. Will not accept login info that should be the same as their website. Won't accept my information to allow me to change login info. Oh and customer service is banking hours. Must be rough. Their Website won't accept dates, provider, mileage or any amount. And since I can't get ahold of any help, just their way to rob me of my money
This company is about 40 years behind in regards to its online services. The website sucks and the apps are pointless. Not sure how they're this terrible considering Cigna's online services are pretty good.
I really like it, but I would like to not have to screenshot saved documents in order to file them. I should be able to send pdfs.
says login is incorrect but I can log on just fine on the computer with same credentials. used to work fine until something updated.
The mobile app is easy to use for submitting claims. Benefits are promptly paid and deposited in my bank account, which is very convenient!
App is surprisingly easy to use. Very intuitive vs. other similar apps I've used.

It doesn't work I called and they speak so fast and I ask to repeat and still had a issue so I guess....
Makes FSA calms so simple, app never crashes or has any issues whatsoever!

Can't get past login screen for the app. I realize from reading all the reviews this is a known problem, so why not make it more obvious in the app login screen??? Also, the website from a mobile device is completely useless. Lets you most of the way through, then says your required fields are not populated, even though they are. I tried it a year ago and was frustrated, and unfortunately wasted more time and tried it again.
