Overall very useful app. But, since the last two versions: 1) I am not able to view or download attachments ( pdf) in the news section. It says the file cannot be viewed ( although I have the latest version of Google PDF viewer) . 2) As soon as the app is minimised all the progress is gone. On reopening the app from background it jumps back to the homepage. Please fix the bugs. Otherwise worth five stars.

An amazing app and absolutely great initiative by institution to provide quality material in this corona pandemic. The only problem with this app is that whenever I pause the video lecture in between the orientation of screen changes makes it difficult in noting smthing which is written on the board. Please look out to solve this problem. Otherwise everything is fine. Great work.

Please fix these and add some features like resuming videos exactly where left, dark theme and a way to contact teacher.(for doubt/feedback etc.)... Thank you.

Csat has always been an essential tool for analysis but after the recent update as soon as i login an ad about other apps offered by allen pops up. I am unable to close this ad and use the app (the cross button does not work ). I have tried installing, uninstalling and reinstalling the app a number of times but no avail. This issuse has been creating a lot of problems for me.... I do not know my test rank nor do i know my class schedule. Please fix this as soon as possible.

App is really helpful and great. I would have given 5 stars if not for the minor but annoying problems faced, one of them being the absence of unviewed video marker in digital material section. Earlier it worked but now it has been weeks since it stopped working, it is creating a lots of problem as it makes the task of finding the new video a tedious and annoying one. Also I am unable to click screenshot.Fix them soon so that I can give 5 stars. Form no. :-18220311

A good initiative by Allen but I don't know what the problem is. The app shows no data in almost every field and the videos doesn't open. No test, no report, no exercise or race. Everything is empty except thought and modules option. Hope they look into the problem

everything is good except the rapid revision classes. I have to think many times whether I start or not the video classes. because it is very unstable. When you pause to take a look on the blackboard, the video is automatically closed. please fix it.

I feel it would be more helpful if it shows the evaluation of marks subject wise, as in how many were incorrect in physics rather than how many answers were incorrect in overall sum of 3 subjects. Because that is unhelpful. Via this feature a person could evaluate what subject he needs to work on and results would be more efficient. Even though the app has that functionality it needs to actually display the digits in numbers.

This app is having so many technical glitches.one of the most problematic one being unable to open the so much sought for online digital classes. It keeps on pestering about " CHECK YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION" whenever we try to open the videos or material even while having fast net connectivity. I request the technical department to sort out the issues ASAP.

The app is nice. But whenever I give a test in my mobile, in some questions which are long are not fully visible in the screen even if scrolled. The question part is too much smaller than the phone screen. In some tests I got really poor marks due to these disadvantages. These all disadvantages deserves.

Please,, can you enable the video lectures to be downloaded.. bcz I am having a temporary network problem.. so that I can watch each video smoothly ,regularly and without any obstacle. Please do that as soon as possible.. otherwise its a superb app to get in touch with every condition and knowledge regarding our exam.. and our performance... Thank you.

While watching the video of rapid revision course whenever we click on the pause button it takes back to the previous page due to which we are unable to note down anything this is the major issue which is occurring in every device, I have used more than 5 devices but the problem is same please sort out this issue as soon as possible

The app is great but the experience of the rapid revision classes is frustrating , it keeps buffering at high speed internet , which breaks the tempo of the session and is totally waste of time there should be direct download option. Kindly note this and fix the problem🙏🙏🙏🙏

The digital section update for the rapid revision classes is not working efficiently!!everytime when I start to watch any video, the screen gets automatically off ater a few minutes of the video display. And something written as 'unfortunately the app working is stopped' popup on my screen.

Its nice to see that allen has uploaded the videos of physics practicals and are very use full but it requires high speed to load and by putting it in auto mode then also it buffers. I can't watch the videos in 540p or 720p, video plays only in 1080p. So fix this problem .

App doesn't respond timely! Specially after the test, I am not able to open it as it keeps on buffering and then it says no internet connection despite having good internet connectivity! even the website also crashes if you try to check your score after the test. Otherwise it is a good application. Please fix this problem

App's interface is okay but usability is below average. Some questions papers and online lectures don't load even after a good internet connection. You should add a direct download option to both of the above that may solve a lot of problems. Thanku

the app is not responding.. it shows a pop up regarding other apps by allen and then freezes.. The close button is not working.. This has been happening since the latest update is put up.. PLEASE restore back to previous versions.. Can't access even after downloading all the enlisted apps.. 😕

I really beg to understand why at all the app so very unreasonably wants to make and manage phone calls from my phone after the latest update. It's utterly intrusive, violates privacy and is totally unnecessary. The previous update was almost perfect. Kindly do not ruin a perfectly functional app. Thank you.

The app is nice n helpful with the updated version but the problem is just in watching videos , the app don't run smooth is case of video firstly it takes a lot of time to start up and then the voice is like u can't understand... Looking forward improvement 😊

App is good but with the recent updates it has been crashing. Also it's showing "no data" in digital material and test analysis sections. Please see to the problems faced and kindly resolve them as soon as possible. My form ID- 19216091

Don't know why digital materials doesn't work in windows (crome browser).😣😣 if this is a step for preventing piracy then there must be app for windows as well, as it doesn't create distractions like smartphones... It would be very helpful if it's fixed. Thank you.

I am ALLEN Student. I write this review only for one reason that I can't rate a teachers teaching in this app. This facility should also given in the app, so that Kota can itself know this. Also, Allen is very much classless in choosing teacher to taught us. For medical batch they are good enough. But for engineering, some are so much boring. We have our physics teacher. Only 3 months left for JEE yet not completed mechanics. He also waste much time in class. Not teach properly.

Worst app in the case of video lectures... Just a net sucker to start an lecture it takes about 40 -50 mb and than to start with a 720p There is no option of feedback for the video lectures and once the network goes we have to start the process from start....i. e 0 There is not an option of negative rating I would prefer...just of the the worst app I ever used...!!!
