Your report will be received by the Council’s Customer Services team and then forwarded to the relevant department who will deal with the report. You’ll be kept fully informed along the way.

This app has really come on from when it first came out, good layout and easy to use. Great for reporting issues and links into the website very well.
clunky interface very 00s. Have to enter address details every single time you want to check the bin calendar despite being logged into the app
Downloaded it. Wanted to report an abandoned car outside my house but as with Allerdale Borough Council..... it doesn't work. Quel surprise!! Uninstalled......🙄
Installed. Tells me my login details are invalid and I've literally just created an account. Awful.
Little seems to work, this app needs attention by someone who knows what they are doing. Pity really.

As per usual with everything allerdale another badly thought out idea and not working be venture.At least if you provide an app test it first.Unable to use the peort it button .Amazing but I didn't expect much being allerdale.Uninstalled
You create an account telling it where you live so when you look at anything why do you have to do that all over again. Needs to link with your address so that when you look at a category it already refers to your house!

Installed it and nothing worked when you pressed any of the buttons so have now uninstalled it.
Registration isn't user friendly. If you want the password to be over a certain length and contain certain characters then say so on the password page, or at least point out all errors at the same time instead of one at a time. It's annoying for users.
