This app is much harder to use than the original app. The area they give you to take the pic of your check is small & hard to see. There is no way to make the picture larger (like you do with your camera) to make sure the picture is good. It does give you 2 slightly bigger pictures at the end, but they are still very hard to see, and who wants to have to use a magnifying glass. It's like flipping a coin! Maybe it'll go thru, maybe it won't. Watch your email, they tell you. Who has time for that!
Not happy with this app. The consistency with which it allows me to log in is not user friendly. The notifications I get from it are worthless because you HAVE to log in to even attempt to see who or what they are from. The older version was so much more user friendly and kept my balance and notifications accurate.
After switching to a better online banking option for me, ( discover ) not only is it a better bank that gives me 1% cashback up to $3,000.00 each month for my debit card transactions it auto deposits that cashback into my savings account. The discover app is super nice and works so much better than this one. Sorry old reliable that wasnt all that reliable.
Poorly done in many regards. The app is more of an annoyance than something useful especially when I use it for checking my own personal account and both my parents personal and business accounts. More than half the time I am forced to clear app data & cache to get it to load and then it will still lock up and crash after finally loading one of the accounts.
I don't usually rate things, but this app is so horrible, I had to rate it. I should not have to uninstall and redownload this app every time I want to check my account. Unfortunately, I don't think that the people running the app care at all. The bank itself has issues as well. Bank somewhere else!
The app is difficult to use for me . I went to pay a bill and they sent me a check to go pay my bill . I want to pay the bill to my wifi service not me . Oh well tried 3 different times and it was the same result. Gave up . I still use the app . My account after I pay in store or on line are pending for week before they close them out . Don't like that , close them. Any way
This app is garbage. The old app at least had some functionality to it. This app is just a mobile browser version of the website. You cannot even do a mobile check deposit like you could previously. I guess I have to deposit my checks into my Chase account indefinitely.
The new/updated app will not open anymore...stuck on "loading." I have uninstalled & installed several times. I'm very disappointed as I use this app on a daily basis. 2/7/21 App finally started working. No problems since then.
LATEST UPDATE (JUNE 9,2020) DOES NOT WORK! GETS STUCK ON LOADING AND NEVER FINISHES! STRONGLY ADVISE BACKING UP CURRENT VERSION TO REVERT TO IF YOU WANT TO TRY THIS UPDATE. DIDN'T WORK ON TWO DIFFERENT PHONES. ***** I'M REALLY GETTING FED UP WITH THIS DEVELOPER!***** Works well most of the time. Scared to update because everytime I've updated in the past it's been a huge ordeal to get everything working properly again. Works well now, so why should I risk an update? DON'T
I used to love your app until you made the changes. I keep having to uninstall and reinstall to use it just like other people. This is extremely frustrating going from being extremely satisfied to being completely frustrated! PLEASE FIX IT!
Absolutely hate it. It never loads. If it does it takes forever and is always at the wrong balance and even includes past accounts I closed over a year ago. I'm so close to just deleting it since I still have to use the old fashioned paper and pen method to keep up with transactions.
The account alerts are no good on this new app. Old app would text me the deposit amount and who it was from. Now I just get a message stating that I received a credit. That's it! No amount, nothing.
The app is always messing up, won't load, freezes or closes while trying to load. Since there isn't an update available, you know it's the app having issues.
I don't usually review anything, but this app is horrendous. I constantly have to delete and reinstall to log in, because it gets stuck on loading. Seems like I'm not the only one with this issue...
So far, the app has operated reliably, without problems. It is intuitive, simple and thus far has had no conflicts or crashes.
This new version is terrible. It's entirely too buggy. I have to uninstall and reinstall just to see my account info. The old app was far more user friendly and it actually worked.
The current version is even worse than the last one, taking so long to log into and sometimes requiring multiple login attempts, the app itself is very limited and poorly designed
I've had so many issues with this app. It doesn't keep your accounts updated on the weekends. Sometimes it won't show a current balance if there's a holiday.
I can't log into my account on here or through there website. When they switched to the new company for online stuff I have had nothing but issues. I am about to switch banks due to the online services jot working. I have been with this bank for 7 years.
It won't even work for me since they updated the app and relaunched it. Now it just keeps trying to load the page after I input my login information.
Don't like this app. It won't let me login, I've had to change my password 4 times just to open the app and I can't use the fingerprint to do it because it won't let me set it up. I liked the old app better
Any time you have to change your password the app stops working and you have to reinstall it. Otherwise it works about 90% of the time and can be used to transfer money to other alliance bank accounts and to deposit checks.
Crashes, does not make sense when sending account alerts, logging in takes forever and does not launch all the time.
This app. Is worse then the original. The system is does not update instantly and does not show accurate data
This app works whenever it wants to. I constantly have to delete and add it again. Very annoying!
Horrible app....can only get on 1 in 10 tries, then get timed out almost immediately. please fix or we'll change banks after 39 years with Alliance.
The app never loads anymore! It doesn't allow me to log in; I'll type my password in and it will, no lie, "load" for 5+ minutes.
I have had to uninstall and reinstall this app every time I want to get into it. Even the bank couldn't help me. It's a complete headache!
I enjoy all the features that I've learned.
It is somewhat confusing and takes a lot of exploring to understand how to access balances, payments etc. I don't consider "user friendly". It could be more easily stream lined and intuitive.
