The most important factor in picking a bank/credit union for my business account (after fees) is easy, fast mobile deposits. This app has me ready to switch banks. It seems like something always goes wrong. Error message. Try to deposit again. Says it is a duplicate. Takes so long to load I can't figure out whether anything went through. It, quite literally, gives me a headache.

I have used this app for a few years now. I haven't used all of the features it offers but I like the ones I do use. I DO NOT care for the ads or the notification that my loan payment is due 10 DAYS before the due date! It is annoying and disruptive! The user should have the option to disable these features.

The old app was great. This one is never accurate when calculating available balance. I keep a log of my spending but occasionally forget to log something (busy mom of 2) and when I check it the pending transactions never add up with what they show as available. Its frustrating.

It works great on dashboard now all of a sudden when I go to sign in the app starts flashing really fast and won't let me log in I have to delete the app and reinstall it and then I can log in one time when I go back to login it acts up again this has been a problem for about a month now please correct it

I've been with Alliance (Oakland) for over 20 years. Excellent service, always. The app is easy to use, straightforward and fast. Deposits, transfers -- easy as pie AND real-time. Love my bank and its people!

I am recognized and greeted by name at my local site. I have found them responsive and patient with assistance on electronic banking. The mobile app is excellent. I love the fingerprint access and easy viewing. They were wonderful throughout the Pandemic crisis.

Crashing and 500 error when trying to log in. Deposits are not processed until half way through the day. The hold time and time it takes to process and reflect are way off. Also it shows a higher balance than what you have when you log in.

Fairly easy to use and straightforward. Plus you can increase your limit temporarily if need be for things like automotive repairs and such.

The app displays info clearly and on the occassion I forget to log off it signs me out to protect security. The messaging makes it easy to get/share info with staff and to schedule phone contact. 👍

I love this so App because it allows me to manage my debit card by blocking it so scammers can't access it and unlocking it when I want to use it. Plus I can easily keep tabs on my accounts.

Instant transfer between accounts, pay your bills for free with a checking account. Check deposits by taking picture, apply for loans and many other services available at your finger tips. I use it everyday!

App will not install properly on my phone. It keeps closing down after my credentials are verified. Very frustrating!

The old, once useful app keeps crashing. 500 error message. This one is not as user friendly and doesnt always work.

I've been a (card holding, still have it to this day) member since I was 7 years old. Never had any issues, even after changing hand and names. ALWAYS have had GREAT experiences!!

More complicated than the previous app, unreliable. Online statement difficult to read; online bill pay added more steps. Would not recommend.

New app is atrocious! Won't recognize my password, boots me out constantly. Once it finally accepted my credentials, it booted me out repeatedly. Bring back the old app!

If you're bank there it's super handy. Can do everything in app that I do online. Super easy check deposits.

Alliance CCU staff are always friendly and responsive if I have any questions. Alliance offers first class services. I trust they have my best interest first, unlike many banks that seem more interested in pushing their products than taking care of customers.

Everything I need to do is is on this app. The only time I walk into the credit union is to sign papers or adjust a new account.

New app is awesome... kept account after moving 3 hrs from nearest branch because I can deposit checks and make transfers from it.
