The app rejects pictures at times even though they are clear and precise. Also the app gets updated and many features get moved around so a person has to do a detailed search. The areas or items that are used alot should be easy to access. Ty
I've never had a better bank nor app service tied to said bank. Should seriously try changing from a traditional bank to this credit union bank. I've received every single stimulus check within the week it was available, no waiting. The call center has been fantastic. Its.. well, a proper bank! Goodluck getting the same treatment from Wells Fargo.
Locked out of my account. Tried to use the reset your password feature, feature not available. Kinda puts you in a spot on a weekend.
I overall like all the different things you can access through the app. It's very easy to use and set up preferences. At the same time, I think it can still continue to improve some of its functions, especially those where you have to be redirected to a new website. I wish some areas weren't super cumbersome, but it's functional and I appreciate that.
the app over the years has gotten better BUT the check deposit is still a big issue. Do everything correctly need to do for deposit through app and 99.9% of the time it rejects the check. clear picture, for mobile deposit only, etc. and still takes ALOT of trys for it to deposit. I don't have issues like this with my other bank accounts I have.
Mobile check deposit is terrible. Do not bank here if you intend to use this feature. Also, the app shows you "important messages", which are actually advertisements. I do not need my bank trying to sell me cash back offers. Actively working to switch banks.
Excite Credit Union's mobile application is very straightforward and easy to use.
This is a good app. It doesn't have the bells and whistles of other apps but it gets the job done!
Sometimes hard to get check in box. Accuracy of recognizing chk face is about 70% too low

Cannot mobile deposit, branch manager does not know why? I have been using this feature for over 3 years. Nearest credit union is 30 min away very inconvenient. Manager has a no customer service instead of customer service when they cannot answer why this is happening. Get a more knowledgeable manager...
Very good overall. Occasionally check deposits malfunction because the photo technology is imperfect and won't recognize text.
Slow response of Mobile deposit progress. It is interesting to know, wifi network is not working, cell network only. If it is the limitation, it should have a reminder.
An easy to use app. I have had no problems paying bills, transferring funds or checking my account balances from anywhere.
I love the mobile banking app, my only complaint is that Excite Credit Union has closed all of it's South Bay offices, which for the most part isn't a problem, but right now what with change being so scarce, it's a problem. I don't want to go somewhere else, but I may not have a choice
no problem with anything except making check deposits. I always sign for mobile deposit only. several times lately , tells me to sign after I take picture of signature.
They make u repeat send a lot, but way better than driving to the bank. Thanks Excite! Keep up the good work!

Check Picture size taken doesn't match the view when Picture being taken. Takes a long time to process before deposit accepted.
The Mobile app is easy to follow and easy to access your accounts. Great security
it would be nice if sub users could access there account with there credentials but other then that its a great app

Had a few hiccups in the beginning but when they reset my account it worked perfectly!
Thought I liked this place. Seeing how there are no close branches to drop cash off; there should be more payment options. They sold me on a credit card instead of a loan which I wanted. I can't even use the credit card to help make my payments. All the payments have to come from my checking account or savings account.
