literally doesnt even work. Dont advertise you have an app when it doesnt even function properly
I have been a member for over 30 years. When I really needed their help, financially speaking, they went the extra mile and helped my need. Thanks alot to the O'Fallon employees for helping me.
I hate this thing you can not sign in no matter what you do you change your past for at least 3 or 4 times you call to get assistance and it still doesn't work
Update, You can see due date by swiping left on the loan and go to details. Also to pay loan from outside of Alliance go to the menu on the left, ACH transfer, Transfer to Alliance. Thanks for the response on Facebook Alliance.

Internal Error, unable to login, issue persisting after 5 reinstalls over 4 weeks.
Wanted to use pop money it doesn't work it was working but not anymore don't know why.

Terrible. Only shows MY loan info. No account info for MY saving and/or checking accounts. Also only show two or three of last transactions. This entire bank, not just this app, is so user unfriendly and behind the tech times. Example: can't add ATM credit card (chipless still BTW) to Samsung or Android Pay.
Can't view pending transactions have to login to the web very inconvenient please fix

Preferred one used before, this one not user friendly.
Easiest banking app to use!
I don't like. I can not see any transactions past the one previous day. Have to go log on to the website to see.

I love that I can see my balances from anywhere through an app instead of my browser. Mobile check deposits is also a great feature.
If it had a way or even another app to view my credit card account through, this would be the perfect app.
I love that I can use the app to check my account... when it works. Unfortunately, as of late, I can't log in. It keeps telling me log in failure.

TERRIBLE. No matter how many times I login my password is always wrong and theres no way on the app to change your password you have to go on your computer.
