Love the credit union, but hate the app. Use to work fine now I can never use my mobile deposit feature and I live an hour away from the closest bank. I have considered switching to something closer because of that alone.
This app is trash half the time I have go the brower and long in there because the app never works. They really need to work on fixing it.
I been having a lot of trouble. It doesn't work . It's always down or my password isn't working my fingerprint don't let me login either. Overall very disappointed
I keep having a lot of issues with my password. I reset it and change it and then it doesn't work right after I change it. It is really annoying.
Great credit union, terrible app. Seems to go down at least once a week. Considering changing banks because of lack of online banking ability.
It doesnt work sometimes and as states the charges are not shown immediately. Very bad menus
It hasn't been working it will work for a while and the next time it says error with server
Compared to the apple version of the app this is not up to par charges dont show up somtime it takes up to a week to show up on the apples version they are instantly on there
CONSTANTLY crashes, and amounts arent updated for days.
They are always there to help out when I need money, and they are so helpful.
Please fix your app I'm tired of not being able to check my account

Why do I need to login from a computer to utilize this app? I know my username and password and can login online from my phone, so what's the difference? Alliance has gone downhill and I was hoping to use the app because majority of the time their online banking website is down.
Should had left the old one. This crashes and won't log in properly every time.
Worst app I have ever attempted to use. All the instructions you have to download, then attempted to go to website to fill out all forms and kept coming to the login page. I'll just keep calling to get the info I need..... Downloaded other sites and did all that was required in minutes, this one will not even direct you to the page to sign up.....worst app ever....
Might be ok for people that have 15+ minutes to try and log in. Everytime I've tried to log in the past few days it times out over and over again. I know my passwords right but even if it wasnt its not like it tells me, just times out. My Bank of America app loads instantly, why can't this one?

Amazing experience here. The staff are friendly and helpful. Mary Jo Gonzales goes above and beyond to help and solve any problems you may come across. She always has a smile and has never said no if she's in the office and we a question. Her door is always open. I know sometimes she may be busy or not feeling it. But her smile doesn't show it. Thanks Mary Jo for all that you do.
