Administration of the game doesnt respond to their feedbacks or customer complaints. They been over charging me for research on this game. If it cost 400 fusion to speed up research they double it. I sent multiple complaints to them they dont care first of all to tell they will get back with nor to check into the issue. When I first started the game it was fun but now not at all. Customer's service needs to step up.
Great game more of a pay to progress game wait times are silly way to long a level 5 resources upgrade takes over a day really and the cost of useing resources to upgrade is silly 100,000 crystals to upgrade level to a level 5 hq and trying to get resources is also slow needs improvement like I said u can play it but it will take u a while.
Have played this game for over a year but it has gone down hill They introduced alliance contract s in a year have only been able to play this once although there is a sign saying new contract s coming soon that sign has been posted for at least 6 months with no sign of anything happening. Building of units take s forever unless you pay money to speed it up. Definitely needs changes made however so called admin never respond s. Last message posted by them was back in April dont know what there do
Fun game. Full of a halo kind of sence, (without the aliens) I play this game because its not only fun, but sort of relaxing (if your in to war or fighting) its a nice strategic kind of game that gos along with the "Clash of Clans" consept its also a really nice game to socialize and just talk to people for the heck of it. The graphic are nice and the in game expirience is just straight up enjoyable.
Man I gotta say this game is outstanding.The graphic r cool and everything. And it's not pay to play . I been playing for like 2 through 1 years and I been amaze.But I do got one suggestion. can u make where we can recover our account using Google account and not only Facebook. But beside that every is GREAT!!!!!!Hope u dont forget to update it to time though
No build time is awesome. Fast troop recruitment is awesome. Shield generator & power resource is awesome. Heroes are awesome. Needs better AI. Troops ignore an undefended wall & warehouse instead travels further along the wall to line of fire. Another important missing factor is to only allow number of troops based on HQ level. Find myself attacked by players who have extremely large armies. Hence not a fair fight. Still Five stars. Edit: 3 stars. Coz instant build & troop recruit is temporary.
For the past 3 months this game is on auto pilot, The developers of the game have let this game die. The support teams has also stopped responding to many emails from players of this game. I recommend new players DO NOT DOWNLOAD this game. I wish there was a way to contact Googleplay directly to make them aware regarding the neglect of the running of this game by the game's developers
Great game but as ALWAYS there is always room for improvement, this game is really fun, the only complaint is graphics but other than that game is worth a download and be patient BECAUSE the DESTRUCTION will come and the fun goes on and on!!!!!! OH YA!!!!!
I really like the base and army idea as well as the player alliance. The game overall is really well-designed. But what is the alliance contract thing. Ever since iv'e played it always says "new alliance contracts comming soon." Iv'e played this game for about 2 years now.

Don't waste your money on this junk app i dont get anything Free they lye about that app has not been updated in over 2 years to upgrade the airport to lv2 it takes 200000 in oil storage will not hold that because ot takes 100000 in minerals storage does not hold that much
My account has been blocked and tech support does not return emails. So I have no idea of why I am blocked. So dont waste your time on this app.
Great game entertaining lots of variations upgradable troops and buildings good graphics I just like to have more energy.
This is one of the best military games I've ever played. Very challenging and addictive. I definitely give 5 stars. :)
Why is my account is banned temporarily with no reason and how should I contact support with my blocked account . That's my hard there on my base re open my base or get ready for the consequences. This game has very poor management and support.
Great game I would like if the developers could add friendly challenges and maybe another base that is on a boat
Well when I went from the old war Incorporated to this new app that I had no choice I had a very large huge bass at the time and now I have nothing it's like I started back to the beginning that's why I hate it I should have thought of that
game has made many changes but done nothing to upgrade ore u nned to fix this (higher prod. rate) is realy way behind in game anymoe other than that it is A GREAT GAME
The "Need more troops icon" should be place atop of the screen, my 4k Fusion got vanished every time I accidentally hit that icon.
I keep trying to recover a base but can't get them to even answer a complaint. You get ignored all the time. The customer does not seem to be in the chain of importance at all. Spend your time and money on something else.

This game is BS this is why.....im lvl 3 i got stompt by At least lvl 8(2 of his troops had 5 stars)ARE YOU serius, attacking somone weaker then you.you need a system in place to where lvl 8 attake lvl 7 or 8 no lower.i'm done with this pos
The customer support is nowhere to be found. The game itself is great but when trying to recover an account that got blocked is a pain in the rear end. I got blocked over a month ago and have not been able to get my game back even after i uninstalled it and re started it. It is telling me i am blocked. I have no clue how to unlock it and noone is giving and answers at customer support. I just keep getting emails saying someone will be looking into it, and not ever happens.
