Each time you changed the login screen to reflect the festivities, I have to update the app, else I am. It able to use the app. And I always have to try 3-4 times to update the app before I am successful.
Keeps asking for updates when i need to confirm transactions. At least let me finish with my transaction then prompt me to update at a more convenient time. Hate doing transfers on the app too because it takes ages to load.
Updates too frequently, once there's a new version the entire app is locked, extremely frustrating when you're in a hurry to do the transaction
Frequently prompt user to update app to latest version and its too frequently happening compared to other bank's app. Frustrating at times. How many more times are we going to update the app?
what is the point of this apps?after update I can't use this apps n do my online transaction. so troublesome. please do something n fix this problem. keep on pop up no internet connection. what do u expect?pffftt
Useless. Keep update n update. And now the update is pending. My phone is got a more memory and my data is unlimited. But still can't update it. Pls check ur apps. And tell ur IT guys to improve their package
Was fine when I first installed it.After a few so called updates,apps becomes sluggish and slow to load.plus,this app force you to update whenever a new apps skin/theme exist or else it will shut the apps.update: too many force update rendering user not able to log in if you don't update the app.some update are purely skin update.
This probably is the only banking app that doesn't let credit card holder to login to the mobile app. I have contacted their helpdesk team before, they have confirmed this mobile app is not for credit card user, the only way to check the credit card transaction via web portal.
It's totally useless, I dunno why can a bank apps be lousy like this. Can't log in even once. Ive tried delete and reinstall for several times but get the same issue.. forever "invalid" ..omg

It takes forever to update. Everytime I want to login into this app, it keeps asking me to update which is very inconvenient for everyone who needs to do online transactions ASAP. It doesn't seem to have any improvement at all since the last update tho. I hope there will be lesser updates since it troubles me a lot and I believe that everyone else is having the same problem too. TQ.
Another time cannot update app after few times. It is the most useless mobile app. Alliance Bank should buck up and ensure the app can be easily updated instead of troubling customers unnecessary.
Always having a problem when ever do online transaction. Even using home wi-fi it still unable to do transaction. My token also always been blocked, plese fix the problem.
Called customer service 2 times. Still not help to solve issues for online transactions deactivated. I believe is the system issue.
I have been using this app for quite a number of years, making numerous times of updating app, experiencing numerous times of operation failure and also sometimes app locked. To me I just can't solely blame the app itself or the developers. My point is, the services provided by the telco are some times the most critical problem that most of us experiencing. For instance, I had purchased an internet mobile pakage of 3mbps, but my internet speed, sometime goes as low as 10kbps. Imagine..
This apps become useless after apply new credit card. Can't check credit card statement via this apps instead I need to check via browser everytime. Alliance, you should learn from UOB apps can check credit statement via Apps even don't have saving account.
Force close everytime I try to login.lol,I'm able to login again. Just after I reinstalling the application.hope the developer can make some changes for this matter.
Rubbish..mostly error no internet connection. My internet work just fine..i even can open play store and write this review. Put some money to find a better developer. I would never use this bank if not cause my company requirement
Why recently till now, I suddenly cannot login access to my account online? Always prompting that either server was too slow or server down. Not acceptable for banking facility app.
Hello, recently there seems to be a problem with the app. I can't seem to transfer funds as smoothly as before. Im not sure whether its the app or the line. Please check. At times it keeps loading without anything happening. Thank you.
Setup security token I have sent so many sms for two to three days to verify my account. Always get notify by alliance "currently busy". Seems like forever busy apps. If this problem cant be solved, thinking want to change to other bank. Thanks
As a first time user and I must say, the developer is either high on shoe glue or have no idea what programming is all about. This is a useless app and lacks essential security features. Do not download this and don't be swayed with the lies of a substandard bank claiming itself to be a digital bank.

Annoying notification amd verification. Everytime when you proceed with transaction is always annoying whether online transfer or direct payment. Inefficient. Cant run the account on this app on seperate device
Apps are absolutely bad, everytime when i urgently want to make any payment or transfer money, the system will be unavailable for few hrs. Somemore without apps, we cant make payment or make any transfer using webpage login. Such a stupid design Same thing happen today again 15/2/22, even website also cant log in. Should a bank apps perform like this??
So inconvenience that almost every month; i need to upgrade the app. And the upgrading system is not working sometimes. I need to do many times before upgrade successfully.
