Poor app. Color scheme makes it impossible to read my claim data (white text on a light background). I don't seem to be able to change it (I tried Dark Mode on my phone but it made no difference). Navigating around is confusing and unforgiving. It seemed to get stuck in the chatbot at one point, and even restarting my phone brought me back to the same stuck screen - I finally figured out how to get out of it and get back to the main menu. I checked for updates but I am running the latest verson (also the latest Android version). In the end I gave up using my phone app and just logged on with my PC. Pretty useless. (Samsung S10e on Android 12, if that makes any difference).
This App is causing headaches for me. It seems to be good only once after install. Access your claims and their respective updates can only be done after initial install and access. A second attempt will not show any details of a certain claim. This applys to all claim no.s listed. One also can not close the App. Force stopping, but will not bring up the claim details again. Have to uninstall and reinstall. Then .. good for a one time deal. I hope you will get this fixed. Thx a lot.
It's better than it was but is still awful. A claim submitted seems to have disappeared into the ether, and the app always starts on the chat bot page which can't be closed because the display overlaps the status bar and the close button doesn't work, making the app completely unusable now.
This app is not working since September 2021! What is going on???! Why in 2022 we have to send scans by email to your hotline????? Each time I have to input my bank details , they are not saved in the profile. When I am.happy to finally add documents, a message with "oups something is wrong" appears.... Your virtual assistant surely went for holiday, it is ridiculously not working, one looses patience it keeps asking the same information all over. Please do something, I pay for zero service.
A dreadful product that makes it needlessly complicated and frustrating to view your history and refund details (which I sadly suspect is deliberate to discourage customers from following through with claims). This app has absolutely no redeeming features at present and if I could rate it zero stars, I would. Such a terrible product for the amount people are paying for the health coverage.
TLDR: it is a pdf browser. It shows all information about my claims as a pdf. And I have to click into 3-4 non-intuitive submenus to find the pdfs. All with tons of legal lingo. How much is my balance, or what and how can be reimbursed... cannot tell. Feels like it follows the thinking of lawyers, not users. Apps worked like this in the 90s... I only use it because there is no other way. Especially frustrating to use when I am sick or in a hospital...
Almost a month passed since I complain and send screen grabs and still the app not working correctly. Crashing and signing off during operations. And still cannot select the bank transfer option ... Bad support from your IT department
Due to font's color (white + light colored background) text is unreadable. After reinstallation and update the app's design was like it used to be, but on the next try same problem appeared.
I cannot for the life understand why you would change the colour scheme. I cannot see information on the app as a result. I can't navigate the menu. Whatever convenience is supposed to come from the app is negated.
As others commented, since last update, text has been white on white. The solution presented, clearing data and cache, resolves the issue momentarily, but it happens again when starting the app again after a while.
It's been more then a month now that I cannot take photos from inside the application. This morning, all the labels (text) for the options the application offers were gone. I cannot submit a claim anymore 😐
App works oke, but whomever decided to use a white font against a beige- and white background should be fired Clearing Cache doesnt solve any issue with colours. I needed to clear all data (including login) to fix it.
Worst app ever! Why changing something that is perfectly functional? You need to log in every time you open the app! So unnecessary that you need to type in your email and password every time. No setting to change this. When you navigate through the app there is no back button to get back to the previous page. Android back button does not work. You end up needing to reopen the app and login. It crushes all the time, decides to not respond to wherever you tap. Overall, very poor user experienc
The new UI is a copy of the website and not like a seperate app. The old UI which had more buttons and icons was more user friendly and had a simpler app look. Also, there is a problem with the buttons at the top of the screen, which disappear as they appear at the status bar (behind frontal camera of the SGS10+) where it is virtually impossible to exit the chatbox or return from any other window, trapping you in that window. Please fix this.
Overall the app is good and convenient to use. But it was more convenient earlier as the claim process has been made little lengthy after an update. Earlier it was short and simple. One most important thing that I miss in the app is uploading of documents/images rather than just taking only pictures directly from camera. I would say this is a must have feature for this kind of app. I hope the upload functionality will be provided soon in the upcoming release. Thanks.
It's easy to use, however, it would be great if we could view the files we uploaded in the claims section so we know which one is getting processed already. At the moment it's only the number you could see which will end up making you guess which is which. I also noticed that the reimbursement process takes longer than before. It's ridiculously slow!!! I find the old app simpler and the processing is way faster. I'm actually disappointed!
Same thing is happening to me. Cannot see text. I kept uninstall and reinstalling. The text can be seen once. Then it turns white
Honestly useless. Every claim I make I have to provide information for several times and I can't take a photo in app. The changes to the claim never get saved and it means the same claim is consistently resubmitted
. Many problems after almost every update . Having to input the same data (country, currency, account, payee, method of payment) for every claim/invoice is boring. Suggestion: allow to define/save default values for these fields
Something went wrong with the upgrade of the app. White background light writing, we cannot see anything on the app. Previous claims cannot read it.
Great service and coverage that Allianz offer. The only downside is that you can only take pictures of the invoices so if you received one via email you'd have to print it and then take a picture which is both annoying and wasteful. They should fix that. But otherwise a good app and works pretty well.
Not only the app has a long loading time, I cannot register at all. I have inputed all the details, and triple check it to ensure it is correct. However, When I tap begin setup button, all I get is "oops, something went wrong" message. Edit: It finally worked.
The app is not working properly. I cant download any document for any submitted claim. App font color keeps changing to white so i cant see what is written!!
A bit flaky app. Seems the colours of the app have changed tonhigh contrast so you can't read anything.
The chat box is useless and doesn't give me the option to go back to the home page to do other tasks. I need it to uninstall the app and download it again.
This app is great and efficient. Latest update I believe caused color contrast problems between backround and text making difficult to read the text (Samsung S10). This problem is corrected after uninstalling then reinstalling momentarily then goes back to the same problem after a second relaunch of the app. Fix needed!
