I can never successfully login unless I call in & they reset my information. This last attempt was again unsuccessful, giving me error messages requiring me to call in. Waste of time.
Everything gives me an error message and tells me to try again later. Don't waste your time on this app
Well, the app says im all paid for and wont let me make a payment because im aparently caught up. Yet MY ACCOUNT WAS CANCELED due to a non payment.. which the app says is paid in full. THANKS FOR THE GREAT APP!! 🖕

App stopped working. Nothing but error messages
I have not been able to login to my account for quite some time. The payment amounts were not always accurate when I could access it and my policy ended up being canceled as a result of that. I have to go online to pay on my account now, which is very inconvenient.
This app should not require you to reenter your password. I'd like to be able to have my wife and kids use it without knowing or remembering the password. It would be handy for them to have their insurance cards easily available. The password becomes a big barrier.
The update made it worthless. I used right sign in and password but said wrong. Click to say forgot password to reset it and blank screen.
I had to request a temp password. When I log in with the temp password it sends me to a page to make a new one. However no keyboard will pop up to let me create a new one.
This app has suddenly and completely failed to let me log in, or do anything. Username and password are correct but it claims they aren't.
This app is TRASH!!!! I can't even log in on my Samsung S7 most of the links I try to open send me to a blank screen😠 this is so inconvenient!!
It's an invaluable app. It would be helpful if the insurance card screen could be copied for pasting or options work available to email or text the card info.
Have to set up account on Web first before you can use the app. After that seems to work fine
Just signed up today. First, I registered for online access, then I signed on using the app and everthing else was simple to navigate and easy to use.
Fixed app crashing at logon on Android M. Also works on the developer preview of N.
Forgot my username and the page won't load. Useless

Filed a claim and was able to send pictures. Wow it only 5 minutes. That's awesome. 3 days later I had to call and there was no record of my claim on the app or at allied. The app sent me emails verifying I filed it out but that's not worth anything if the insurance comping doesn't get it. Don't waste your storage just call them
I just read all the latest One Star Ratings but decided to try for myself. Everyone complained about not being able to Log In. I just downloaded this app onto my Samsung Galaxy S5 & I logged in on FIRST TRY. I would like to see the Actual Declaration Page with the charges noted next to the Coverages. This would be a valuable tool for every policy holder to have at their fingertips. Hello IT Techies is this a possibility??? :-)
This app is so worthless it wouldn't accept my email address. Consequently I never had the opportunity to log on. BTW, I've had this email address for ten years.
Will not allow my email address, and I have tried more than one. If your gonna require an email app, be sure your app recognizes email addresses. I happen to use a Gmail address, but have tried two others, and stool no go. Worthless app.
It used to work, but now it is crashing every time I try to sign. Very disappointing when trying to prove I have insurance and the app keeps failing.
Won't log in, says password is bad but used it fine on the website without any problems. Can't reregister, can't retrieve password. Uninstalled and won't bother with it.
Can't log in. It closes after entering credentials and tapping Log In.
Has Allied totally given up in this app? It didn't store my log in info, and when I try to retrieve it, that page simply doesn't load. At all. I hope no one is hurt while relying on this app for roadside assistance.
This app constantly pops up full screen display ads, completely disrupting me everytime i opened my phone. SPAMMY, ANNOYING, AND COMPLETELY USELESS APP. Would give zero stars if i could!
