This app used to be amazing, but yesterday I lost everything. All of my upcoming appointments are gone, I can't make an appointment or speak with my care team. This is awful! What is going on?
Used to work great. I can only log in to my chart from the web. Get "something went wrong" pop up when using the app. From web though works great.
Very easy to manage, all your concerns, reports, appts. Up coming or past, its all there.
Easy to use health records sometimes get occasional error messages trying to use some of the different tabs
Very complicated to get through but the idea is great. I called for help to log in and get to the right Department. Brad was very patient and courteous. Great describing buttons for people with ADD
Log in issues... i have to use an older phone (galaxy s8+) instead of my current phone (galaxy s20 ultra) in order to log into my chart to do virtual visits.. constantly getting "something went wrong" and it saying there's an issue with my ID login and password, even though I have entered them correctly .. will change review if this is fixed but this has been an ongoing issue for months now (I have also Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times already)
Nothing but iFone app ported for Android. "Touch ID" is fruit company term. Messages managed with a single confusing "canceldelete" button. CANNOT RECOVER IMPORTANT ACCIDENTALLY DELETED MESSAGES. "Replies are not allowed" banner displays in the middle of the screen when view message. CANNOT dismiss bogus "to do" items! Retroactive "Your Problem List" i.e. recent new diagnosis shows in After Visit Summary from 3 years ago. Lack of Oauth integration annoying requiring login on browser for feature.
It's very easy to use once your logged into it, It has most to all your medical info in the app, That's if your in the Allina health system. Try it for your self if your interested in learning more about what's in your records & sending release forms & Wgat not there's alot of things in there to choose from or to personalize it as well..
App is easy to navigate and haven't had any stability issues. Meets my needs 100%. I would give it 5 stars if the login screen would recognize my password manager on the device to avoid manually typing/pasting details.
For me this app has been easy to use. There are several menu items I have used and am very grateful to have at my fingertips. Such as asking questions to my doctor, looking up my med list, setting up appointments, finding test results, and more. I am very happy with the quick responces that I have received. Thank you!
Doesnt work... ive tried reinstalling and everything. It just pops up with a message and says "something went wrong" n cant sign me in n that i need to call a #... i thought it was just my account but i then tried signing in with my sisters credentials and same thing... also tried entering random info to see if it would even say incorrect info... same message.. so app is broken on S20 Ultra ...
Pretty good app. Not perfect, but really close. Worth having if you have providers who are in the Allina network.
Variant of mychart that doesn't include half the features, and doesn't get updated very often. last update about 18 months and counting. That is just irresponsible.
Well sometime it allows me to use a pass code to log in other times it doesn't. That's my biggest issue simply because im constantly using this app reading emails from my Dr or checking my lab results... It would very helpful if this issue was resolved
Very difficult to navigate can't find half of the information I want It will not open letters, current lab results I find it very difficult and restrictive I have had 2 failed phone/ Visits that were miserable both from sister Kenny won from my Physical therapist and one from doctor Tita, I had to use TWO phones to get it completed
It doesn't work. All user names and passwords are correct and still can't log in. Tried to reset it, won't allow me too.
This app functions very well. So much important information at your fingertips, anyday, anytime. I never have problems with functionality or access.
Junk. Don't waste your time. There is no option to reset your password or for an email reminder of your username. You have to call them, spend an unprecedented amount of time on hold, just to have someone tell you that from a computer, you need IE 11 for a virtual visit. IE11? Is it 1996? Get you stuff together because your app is garbage, and your software must have been written by Milton Waddams.
Can't get fingerprint login to work even after turning in on/off multiple times. Get that fixed and I would say its great.
I called tech support and they helped me set up my account and told me how to load the app. I had a virtual visit coming up and needed to be ready for it. I like seeing the details of previous visits and schedule for future visits. Very helpful!
it doesnt work with my hp comp apple ipad mini or my samsung phone . and iam paying for some quality vertual sessions i exspect to get something but what ever u hav done that isnt sinking with any devies that i hav i really shouldnt hav to pay for this service . hay a phone call just isnt the same . i could just call a buddy and get the same result u hav to make the fix or u shouldnt get full price for the visit sorry thats just the way it is . reach out to me and maybe we can get this fixed . but if u do need a rating i cant put a minuss -- 4 but thats what i hav givin your service
downloaded the app for an online appointment. wouldn't allow me to join, had to reschedule an appointment that i'm sure could be a phonecall or email.
Has a lot of features, but I cant figure out how to pay my bill through the app. That seems like it should be easy and a basic function.
The information wasn't displayed properly. Half the screen was covered, so couldn't read the information
Totally useless. Can't review or refill anything. Sends you right back to the sign in screen.
Hey so I remember the dr said the negative covid result would be Visablw in app. Or on my chart after about 5 days or so and this morning I saw an icon for it that brought me to a page that showed test still in progress then this evening the icon was gone? Is this just a glitch or?
It's been a few updates, and I still look sideways to my care providers. I need my phone to be doing other stuff, so I use my tablet or Windows PC for video calls. In this app, the camera handling is pretty much wonky on both devices. A few deep-menu options on the user end to troubleshoot various hard/firmware issues would be handy, or just fixing it would be great.
